【摘要】：目的探討醫(yī)護一體化床邊交班模式在兒科急診留觀室中的應用效果。方法 2015年4月-6月實施醫(yī)護一體化床邊交班模式,與2015年1月-3月的傳統醫(yī)護分開交班摸式相比較,對比交班模式變化前后護理工作質量、醫(yī)護合作度、患兒及家屬對護理工作滿意度等的效果。結果實施醫(yī)護一體化床邊交班后,護理工作質量評分、醫(yī)護合作度、患兒家屬對護理工作的滿意率顯著提高(P0.05)。結論醫(yī)護一體化床邊交班對提高護理質量有一定促進作用,可促進醫(yī)護更好地溝通與合作,提高家屬滿意度,同時可提高護士職業(yè)認同感,豐富優(yōu)質護理服務內涵,值得臨床推廣應用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of the integrated bedside shift mode in pediatric emergency room. Methods from April to June 2015, the integrated bedside shift model was implemented, and the quality of nursing work and the degree of medical cooperation before and after the change of shift mode were compared with the traditional model of separated shift between January and March 2015. The effect of nursing job satisfaction on children and their families. Results the scores of nursing work quality, the degree of cooperation and the satisfaction rate of the family members of the children with nursing work were significantly improved after the implementation of the integrated bedside shift (P0.05). Conclusion the integrated bedside shift can promote the quality of nursing, promote better communication and cooperation, improve the satisfaction of the family, improve the professional identity of nurses and enrich the connotation of quality nursing service. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
