【摘要】：目的探究藥物準(zhǔn)備過程中斷的次數(shù)和持續(xù)時(shí)間及其導(dǎo)致中斷的因素,從而為護(hù)理工作人員因藥物準(zhǔn)備過程中斷而造成的醫(yī)療失誤作出指導(dǎo)。方法連續(xù)性觀察2015年6月—12月期間護(hù)理工作人員的日常工作,記錄所有護(hù)士期間發(fā)生藥物準(zhǔn)備過程中斷的次數(shù)和持續(xù)時(shí)間,并分析導(dǎo)致其中斷的因素,對結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)的處理。結(jié)果共收集832個(gè)藥物準(zhǔn)備過程,其中發(fā)生中斷有751個(gè),平均中斷次數(shù)為(6.1±0.7)次,平均持續(xù)時(shí)間為(6.5±2.4)min,導(dǎo)致中斷的因素包括醫(yī)師傳喚、患者呼叫、接聽電話、家屬答疑以及同事交流等人為因素和材料處理、信息錄入以及藥品發(fā)放等非人為因素。結(jié)論護(hù)理工作人員在進(jìn)行藥物準(zhǔn)備的過程中,發(fā)生中斷的次數(shù)頻繁,持續(xù)的時(shí)間長,導(dǎo)致的因素多。因此,護(hù)理工作人員應(yīng)注意分析藥物準(zhǔn)備過程中斷的因素,減少不必要的中斷次數(shù),從而降低因藥物準(zhǔn)備過程中斷而造成的醫(yī)療失誤的發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the number and duration of drug preparation interruption and the factors leading to the interruption so as to provide guidance for nursing staff to make medical mistakes caused by the interruption of drug preparation process. Methods the daily work of nursing staff was observed continuously from June to December 2015. The number and duration of the interruption of the drug preparation process in all nurses were recorded, and the factors leading to the interruption were analyzed. The results were processed statistically. Results A total of 832 drug preparation processes were collected, among which 751 were interrupted, the average number of interruptions was (6.1 鹵0.7) and the average duration was (6.5 鹵2.4) min. The factors leading to the interruption included doctor summons, patients calling and answering phone calls. Non-human factors such as answering questions and communicating with colleagues, information entry, drug distribution and other non-human factors. Conclusion in the course of drug preparation, the nursing staff have frequent interruptions, long duration and many factors. Therefore, nursing staff should pay attention to analyze the factors of drug preparation process interruption, reduce the number of unnecessary interruptions, so as to reduce the incidence of medical errors caused by the interruption of drug preparation process.
