【摘要】：醫(yī)患關(guān)系是整個(gè)醫(yī)學(xué)關(guān)系中最核心的內(nèi)容,也是涉及醫(yī)療質(zhì)量和醫(yī)療服務(wù)水平的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),緊張的醫(yī)患關(guān)系已經(jīng)成為社會(huì)的焦點(diǎn)問題,而共情被認(rèn)為是構(gòu)建新型醫(yī)患關(guān)系的有效路徑。本文對(duì)共情概念的發(fā)展史進(jìn)行梳理,強(qiáng)調(diào)最新的四維度共情,并認(rèn)為共情是醫(yī)護(hù)人員主導(dǎo)的醫(yī)患互動(dòng)的、雙向的共情,同時(shí)對(duì)共情的臨床意義及四維度概念指導(dǎo)下達(dá)成共情的途徑進(jìn)行闡述,以期引起醫(yī)者的重視,將共情恰當(dāng)?shù)�、有效地�?yīng)用到臨床實(shí)踐中,從而促進(jìn)和諧醫(yī)患關(guān)系的構(gòu)建。
[Abstract]:The doctor-patient relationship is the core content of the whole medical relationship, and it is also a key link involving the quality of medical treatment and the level of medical service. The tense doctor-patient relationship has become the focus of the society. Empathy is considered to be an effective way to construct a new type of doctor-patient relationship. This paper combs the history of the development of the concept of empathy, emphasizes the latest four dimensions of empathy, and holds that empathy is the interaction between doctors and patients, which is dominated by medical personnel, and two-way empathy. At the same time, the clinical significance of empathy and the way to reach empathy under the guidance of the four-dimensional concept are expounded, in order to arouse the attention of doctors, apply empathy appropriately and effectively to clinical practice, and thus promote the construction of harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
