【摘要】：目的探討膿毒癥合并活動(dòng)性結(jié)核危重患者死亡的危險(xiǎn)因素。方法對(duì)四川大學(xué)華西醫(yī)院重癥醫(yī)學(xué)科符合入選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的61例患者進(jìn)行回顧性分析,將患者按照出院結(jié)局,分為死亡組19例,存活組42例,篩選出可能與預(yù)后相關(guān)的因素,進(jìn)行l(wèi)ogistic回歸分析。結(jié)果急性生理學(xué)與慢性健康狀況評(píng)分系統(tǒng)Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)評(píng)分、結(jié)核菌痰涂片陽(yáng)性、結(jié)核延遲治療和急性腎損傷可作為患者死亡的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)論膿毒癥合并活動(dòng)性結(jié)核危重患者死亡率高。APACHEⅡ評(píng)分、結(jié)核菌痰涂片陽(yáng)性、結(jié)核延遲治療和急性腎損傷是影響這類患者預(yù)后的重要因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the risk factors of death in patients with sepsis complicated with active tuberculosis. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 61 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the Department of intensive Medicine, Huaxi Hospital, Sichuan University. According to the outcome of discharge, the patients were divided into death group (n = 19) and survival group (n = 42). The factors related to prognosis were screened out.
