【摘要】：正護(hù)士長作為護(hù)理管理的主體,其勝任能力對醫(yī)院發(fā)展至關(guān)重要~([1])。2012年原衛(wèi)生部下發(fā)的《關(guān)于實(shí)施醫(yī)院護(hù)士崗位管理的指導(dǎo)意見》~([2])中指出,要提高護(hù)理管理者的業(yè)務(wù)能力、理論水平和管理素質(zhì)。但目前大部分醫(yī)院在選拔、培養(yǎng)、考核護(hù)士長時缺乏清晰指標(biāo)和理論依據(jù),導(dǎo)致部分護(hù)士長難以勝任護(hù)理管理工作,如何選拔、培養(yǎng)出優(yōu)秀的護(hù)士長團(tuán)隊(duì)成為各
[Abstract]:As the main body of nursing management, the competence of the head nurse is very important to the development of the hospital. In 2012, the former Ministry of Health issued the "guidance on the implementation of Hospital Nurses Post Management" ([2]), which pointed out that the professional ability of nursing managers should be improved. Theoretical level and management quality. However, at present, most hospitals lack clear indicators and theoretical basis when selecting, training and examining head nurses, which results in some nurses being unable to do the nursing management work.
