醫(yī)護(hù)患一體化延續(xù)性健康教育在緩解期COPD患者中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的探討醫(yī)護(hù)患一體化模式下延續(xù)性健康教育對(duì)緩解期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者疾病認(rèn)知、自我管理及生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將432例患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組,對(duì)照組給予傳統(tǒng)健康教育,實(shí)驗(yàn)組實(shí)施醫(yī)護(hù)患一體化延續(xù)性健康教育,隨訪(fǎng)觀察12個(gè)月,評(píng)估2組患者疾病認(rèn)知、自我管理能力及生活質(zhì)量。結(jié)果重復(fù)測(cè)量方差分析顯示,干預(yù)后,2組患者疾病認(rèn)知、自我管理及生活質(zhì)量得分差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01),且得分隨著時(shí)間的延續(xù)顯著提高;干預(yù)12個(gè)月,實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者疾病認(rèn)知得分(12.23±1.05)顯著高于對(duì)照組(11.57±0.92)(P0.01);實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者自我管理得分(222.33±23.03)顯著高于對(duì)照組(195.23±18.37)(P0.01);實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者生活質(zhì)量得分(242.46±22.65)也高于對(duì)照組(188.04±21.63)(P0.01)。結(jié)論醫(yī)護(hù)患一體化延續(xù)性健康教育可以提高COPD緩解期患者的疾病認(rèn)知、自我管理及生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of continuous health education on disease cognition, self management and quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in remission period. Methods 432 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to random digital table. The control group was given traditional health education and the experimental group was given continuous health education. The patients in the experimental group were followed up for 12 months to evaluate the disease cognition of the two groups. Self-management and quality of life. Results repeated measurement variance analysis showed that there were significant differences in scores of disease cognition, self-management and quality of life between the two groups after intervention, and the scores increased significantly with time, and after 12 months of intervention, there were significant differences in disease cognition, self-management and quality of life between the two groups. The scores of disease cognition in the experimental group (12.23 鹵1.05) were significantly higher than those in the control group (11.57 鹵0.92), the self-management score in the experimental group (222.33 鹵23.03) was significantly higher than that in the control group (195.23 鹵18.37), and the quality of life score (242.46 鹵22.65) in the experimental group was also higher than that in the control group (188.04 鹵21.63P0.01). Conclusion continuous health education can improve the disease cognition, self management and quality of life of patients with COPD in remission period.
