【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)協(xié)同護(hù)理模式對潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎患者生活質(zhì)量及住院次數(shù)的影響。方法將100例潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組50例和對照組50例,對照組采取常規(guī)護(hù)理,觀察組在常規(guī)護(hù)理基礎(chǔ)上采取協(xié)同護(hù)理。比較兩組患者出院3個(gè)月后的生活質(zhì)量和出院1年內(nèi)平均住院次數(shù)。結(jié)果應(yīng)用協(xié)同護(hù)理模式干預(yù)后,觀察組患者生活質(zhì)量各因子評(píng)分均高于對照組(P0.01),觀察組患者1年內(nèi)平均住院次數(shù)明顯低于對照組(P0.01)。結(jié)論協(xié)同護(hù)理模式應(yīng)用于潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎患者,可提高患者的生活質(zhì)量,降低住院次數(shù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of cooperative nursing mode on the quality of life and the times of hospitalization of patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods 100 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into observation group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50). The quality of life (QOL) and the average number of hospitalizations within 1 year after discharge were compared between the two groups. Results the scores of quality of life of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P 0.01), and the average hospitalization times of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.01). Conclusion the application of cooperative nursing mode in ulcerative colitis can improve the quality of life and reduce the number of hospitalization.
