【摘要】：目的 :探討社區(qū)舒緩療護(hù)護(hù)士上崗前實(shí)施體驗(yàn)式培訓(xùn)的效果。方法 :采用目的抽樣方法選擇40名社區(qū)舒緩療護(hù)護(hù)士,運(yùn)用情景模擬、案例分享、總結(jié)體會(huì)、實(shí)踐應(yīng)用等理論與臨床實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的體驗(yàn)式培訓(xùn),并使用自行設(shè)計(jì)的社區(qū)護(hù)士舒緩療護(hù)知識(shí)調(diào)查問卷、人際反應(yīng)指針問卷(IRI-C)分別于培訓(xùn)前、后對(duì)護(hù)士進(jìn)行測(cè)評(píng)。結(jié)果 :護(hù)士的舒緩療護(hù)知識(shí)總分高于培訓(xùn)前,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01),其中舒緩療護(hù)概述、心理護(hù)理、靈性關(guān)懷知識(shí)得分高于培訓(xùn)前;人際反應(yīng)總分培訓(xùn)前、后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。其中,幻想力、身心憂急得分均高于培訓(xùn)前(P0.05)。結(jié)論 :體驗(yàn)式培訓(xùn)是提高社區(qū)護(hù)士舒緩療護(hù)知識(shí)與技能、共情能力的有效培訓(xùn)方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of experiential training for community nursing nurses. Methods: 40 community nursing nurses were selected by objective sampling. The experience training was combined with clinical practice, such as scene simulation, case sharing, summing up experience, practical application and so on. The nurses were evaluated before and after training by using the self-designed questionnaire of community nurses' knowledge of soothing therapy and nursing, and the questionnaire of interpersonal response pointer (IRI-C). Results: the total score of nurses' knowledge of soothing therapy and nursing was higher than that of before training, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.01). The scores of general knowledge of soothing therapy and nursing, mental nursing and spiritual care were higher than those before training, and the scores of total scores of interpersonal reaction before training were higher than those before training. The latter difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Among them, fantasy, mental and physical anxiety scores are higher than before training P0.05. Conclusion: experiential training is an effective training method for community nurses to improve their knowledge, skills and empathy.
