【摘要】：目的研究健康宣教措施在甲狀腺功能亢進合并糖尿病患者的社區(qū)治療中的應用效果。方法選擇2013年6月至2015年6月我院接診的90例甲狀腺功能亢進合并糖尿病患者展開本次研究,按照隨機數(shù)表法,隨機均分為兩組。對照組給予患者常規(guī)的社區(qū)治療、護理干預及對癥支持治療措施,觀察組在對照組應用的基礎上,對患者進行甲狀腺功能亢進合并糖尿病健康宣教。接受治療和干預6月后,調(diào)查患者干預前后疾病知曉率、血糖/甲功監(jiān)測率、門診隨訪率、服藥依從性及合理飲食率,并對患者血糖、甲亢恢復正常及并發(fā)癥狀況進行檢測分析。結果干預后,兩組患者對疾病的知曉率均顯著提高(P0.05),且觀察組患者疾病知曉率(93.33%)、血糖/甲功監(jiān)測率(100.00%)、門診隨訪率(100.00%)、服藥依從性(91.11%)及合理飲食率(91.11%)均明顯高于對照組(48.89%、42.22%、66.67%、62.22%、64.44%),兩組比較有顯著性差異(P0.05)。干預后,觀察組患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖明顯低于對照組(P0.05),甲功恢復正常率(100.00%)明顯低于對照組(77.78%),并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率(0)明顯低于對照組(13.33%),兩組比較有顯著性差異(P=0.026)。結論健康宣教措施在甲狀腺功能亢進合并糖尿病患者的社區(qū)治療中的應用效果較好,值得在臨床護理工作中廣泛推廣應用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of health education in community therapy of hyperthyroidism with diabetes mellitus. Methods from June 2013 to June 2015, 90 patients with hyperthyroidism complicated with diabetes mellitus were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were given routine community treatment, nursing intervention and symptomatic support treatment measures. The patients in the observation group were given hyperthyroidism with diabetes health education on the basis of the application of the control group. After 6 months of treatment and intervention, the patients' awareness rate of disease, blood glucose / thyroid function monitoring rate, outpatient follow-up rate, drug compliance and reasonable diet rate were investigated before and after intervention. The recovery and complications of hyperthyroidism were detected and analyzed. Results after intervention, The awareness rate of disease in the two groups was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the awareness rate of disease in the observation group was 93.33, the blood glucose / nail work monitoring rate was 100.00000, the out-patient follow-up rate was 100.00000.11) and the reasonable diet rate was 91.111.11), which was significantly higher than that in the control group (48.89 42.226.67% 62.226.67% 62.22% 64.4444), and there was a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Health education is effective in community therapy of hyperthyroidism with diabetes mellitus, and it is worth popularizing in clinical nursing.
