【摘要】：目的探究小兒上呼吸道感染致高熱的臨床護理對策。方法對對照組患者采取常規(guī)護理措施,對觀察組患者采取全面性護理措施。結(jié)果對照組患兒的退熱時間、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率及患者滿意度明顯不如采取全面性護理措施的觀察組,兩組患兒的住院天數(shù)無明顯差異。結(jié)論對上呼吸道感染患兒采取全面性護理措施,可使得患兒體溫得到有效降低,臨床癥狀得到減輕,治愈率得到有效提高,在臨床上具有一定的推廣意義
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the clinical nursing strategies of high fever caused by upper respiratory tract infection in children. Methods routine nursing measures were taken for the patients in the control group and comprehensive nursing measures for the patients in the observation group. Results the antipyretic time, the incidence of complications and the satisfaction of patients in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group with comprehensive nursing measures. There was no significant difference in the length of hospitalization between the two groups. Conclusion the comprehensive nursing measures for children with upper respiratory tract infection can effectively reduce the body temperature, reduce the clinical symptoms and improve the cure rate, which is of great significance in clinical practice.
