【摘要】：目的探討濕性愈合敷料在胸部手術(shù)患者切口感染中的臨床療效,為切口感染患者換藥方案的選擇提供參考依據(jù)。方法選擇2012年9月-2014年12月于醫(yī)院心胸外科接受開胸手術(shù)治療后發(fā)生切口感染的70例患者為研究對象,隨機(jī)分為對照組和觀察組,各35例;對照組患者采用傳統(tǒng)干紗布換藥方案,觀察組患者采用濕性愈合敷料換藥;比較兩組患者的愈合時(shí)間及臨床療效,數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS 17.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果觀察組患者新生肉芽組織生長時(shí)間及切口完全愈合時(shí)間分別為(4.63±1.92)(12.46±3.51)d,顯著短于對照組(7.45±2.87)(18.73±4.16)d;觀察組的總有效率為91.43%,顯著高于對照組71.43%,兩組比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論濕性愈合輔料可以加速開胸手術(shù)切口部位感染患者切口的愈合,提高治療效果和患者滿意度,并降低醫(yī)療費(fèi)用,值得在臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of wet healing dressing on incision infection in patients undergoing thoracic surgery, and to provide reference for the choice of dressing change scheme in patients with incision infection. Methods from September 2012 to December 2014, 70 patients with incision infection were randomly divided into control group (n = 35) and observation group (n = 35). The patients in the control group were treated with traditional dry gauze dressing and the patients in the observation group were treated with wet healing dressing. The healing time and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software. Results the growth time of new granulation tissue and the complete healing time of incision in the observation group were 4.63 鹵1.92 and 12.46 鹵3.51 days, respectively, which were significantly shorter than those in the control group (7.45 鹵2.87) and 18.73 鹵4.16 days respectively, and the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.43, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (71.43). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Wet healing excipients can accelerate wound healing in patients with infection of incision site in thoracotomy, improve therapeutic effect and patient satisfaction, and reduce medical cost, which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
