【摘要】：目的:應(yīng)用中文版匹茲堡睡眠質(zhì)量指數(shù)(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)調(diào)查某高校醫(yī)學(xué)生的睡眠質(zhì)量,以評價其在該人群中的信度和效度。方法:通過分層整群隨機抽樣方法從北京市某醫(yī)學(xué)院抽取603名本科生,使用中文版PSQI量表和自行編制的問卷進行調(diào)查,再隨機抽取171名調(diào)查對象于1個月后重測,采用多種信度和效度指標(biāo)對量表進行評價。結(jié)果:調(diào)查對象PSQI總分平均為5.38±2.34,量表條目的總體Cronbach’sα系數(shù)為0.734,分半信度系數(shù)為0.655;重復(fù)測量的PSQI總分相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.530,前后差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。在結(jié)構(gòu)效度評價中,驗證性因子分析結(jié)果表明二因子結(jié)構(gòu)模型為最優(yōu)模型(擬合優(yōu)度指數(shù)0.949,均方根殘差0.083,比較擬合指數(shù)0.699),"催眠藥物應(yīng)用"維度因子載荷最低。以患者主觀睡眠質(zhì)量的好、差作為分組效標(biāo),PSQI總分的組間差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.001),根據(jù)PSQI總分繪制的ROC曲線下面積為0.908(95%CI:0.880~0.936)。結(jié)論:該量表用于醫(yī)學(xué)生的睡眠質(zhì)量評價具有較高的信度與效度,是該人群睡眠研究或篩檢的有效工具。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the sleep quality of medical students in a university by using Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) in order to evaluate the reliability and validity of the sleep quality index.Methods: a total of 603 undergraduates were selected from a medical college in Beijing by stratified cluster random sampling. The Chinese version of PSQI scale and the self-made questionnaire were used to investigate.A variety of reliability and validity indicators were used to evaluate the scale.Results: the average total score of PSQI was 5.38 鹵2.34, the total Cronbach's 偽 coefficient was 0.734, the split-half reliability coefficient was 0.655, and the correlation coefficient of repeated measurement PSQI total score was 0.530, there was no significant difference between before and after measurement (P 0.05).In the evaluation of structural validity, the results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the two-factor structural model was the optimal model (goodness of fit index 0.949, root mean square residuals 0.083, comparison fitting index 0.699g), and the factor load of "hypnotic application" dimension was the lowest.The difference of the total score of PSQI was statistically significant (P 0.001). The area under the ROC curve plotted according to the total score of PSQI was 0.90895 CI: 0.880,0.936.Conclusion: the scale has high reliability and validity in the evaluation of sleep quality of medical students and is an effective tool for sleep research or screening.
