標準化溝通模式在醫(yī)護溝通中的應用效果觀察

【摘要】:目的探討標準化溝通模式在醫(yī)護溝通中的應用效果。方法采取分層整群抽樣抽取我院10個臨床護理單元的96名護理人員及49名醫(yī)生。對護理人員實施標準化溝通模式培訓,制作書面溝通引導及利用電子化醫(yī)護交互系統(tǒng)等實施標準化溝通。實施1年后比較實施前后醫(yī)生對護理人員工作滿意度并調查護理人員對應用標準化溝通模式的態(tài)度。結果實施后醫(yī)生對護理人員總體工作滿意度高于實施前,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義。護士對標準化溝通模式在工作中的應用認可度較高。結論標準化溝通模式有利于提高醫(yī)生對護士工作的滿意程度,尤其在護士病情了解、專業(yè)理論知識掌握及與醫(yī)生的配合度方面滿意程度有明顯提升,值得在臨床工作中推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application effect of standardized communication mode in medical communication.Methods 96 nurses and 49 doctors in 10 clinical nursing units were sampled by stratified cluster sampling.The training of standardized communication mode for nursing staff, the making of written communication guidance and the use of electronic medical and nursing interactive system were used to carry out standardized communication.After 1 year of implementation, the nurses' job satisfaction was compared before and after the implementation and the nurses' attitude towards the application of standardized communication model was investigated.Results the overall job satisfaction of nurses after implementation was higher than that before implementation, and the difference was statistically significant.Nurses have a high degree of recognition for the application of standardized communication mode in their work.Conclusion the standardized communication model is helpful to improve the satisfaction of the nurses, especially in the aspects of the nurses' understanding of the disease, the mastery of the professional theory knowledge and the degree of cooperation with the doctors, which is worth popularizing in the clinical work.
