本文選題：分級(jí)護(hù)理　切入點(diǎn)：醫(yī)護(hù)合作　出處：《解放軍護(hù)理雜志》2016年21期

【摘要】：目的 探討基于醫(yī)護(hù)合作共同決策的分級(jí)護(hù)理模式的實(shí)施效果。方法 便利抽樣選取2014年11月至2015年7月于溫州市中心醫(yī)院住院的患者398例,將患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組(199例)和對(duì)照組(199例),觀察組由主管醫(yī)生和責(zé)任護(hù)士合作決策患者的護(hù)理等級(jí),對(duì)照組則采用傳統(tǒng)護(hù)理分級(jí)實(shí)施方法,比較兩組患者護(hù)理級(jí)別、護(hù)理質(zhì)量和滿意度的差別。結(jié)果 兩組患者護(hù)理分級(jí)構(gòu)成差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),其中:兩組患者一級(jí)護(hù)理、二級(jí)護(hù)理差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);特級(jí)護(hù)理、三級(jí)護(hù)理差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組護(hù)理質(zhì)量達(dá)標(biāo)率、護(hù)理質(zhì)量評(píng)分以及健康教育落實(shí)率均高于對(duì)照組(均P0.05);醫(yī)囑執(zhí)行評(píng)分兩組差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組在工作效率、主動(dòng)服務(wù)、病房環(huán)境、護(hù)患關(guān)系及健康教育等項(xiàng)目的滿意度方面明顯高于對(duì)照組(均P0.05)。兩組護(hù)理技術(shù)、服務(wù)質(zhì)量及人文關(guān)懷等方面差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。結(jié)論 基于醫(yī)護(hù)合作共同決策的分級(jí)護(hù)理模式適合臨床護(hù)理的發(fā)展,可提高分級(jí)護(hù)理質(zhì)量,提高患者滿意度。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of graded nursing model based on medical cooperation.Methods from November 2014 to July 2015, 398 inpatients in Wenzhou central hospital were selected for convenience sampling.The patients were randomly divided into observation group (n = 199) and control group (n = 199). The nursing grades of patients in the observation group were determined by the cooperation of the competent doctor and the responsible nurse. In the control group, the nursing levels of the patients in the two groups were compared by using the traditional nursing grading method.Differences in nursing quality and satisfaction.Results there were significant differences in nursing grading between the two groups (P 0.05). Among them, there was a significant difference between the two groups in the first level nursing, the second grade nursing, the special grade nursing, the third level nursing, the quality of nursing in the observation group, the quality of the observation group, the quality of the observation group, the quality of nursing in the observation group, the quality of nursing in the observation group, the quality of nursing in the observation group.The scores of nursing quality and health education were higher than those of the control group (all P0.05A, P 0.05), while the scores of the execution of doctor's orders had no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05), the working efficiency, active service and ward environment of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05).The satisfaction degree of nurse-patient relationship and health education was significantly higher than that of the control group (all P 0.05).There was no significant difference in nursing technology, service quality and humanistic care between the two groups (P 0.05).Conclusion the classified nursing model based on the joint decision of medical and nursing cooperation is suitable for the development of clinical nursing. It can improve the quality of graded nursing and improve the satisfaction of patients.
