微柱凝膠檢測(cè)一體機(jī)研制

【摘要】:隨著醫(yī)療技術(shù)的發(fā)展,血型分析作為臨床輸血的必須檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目,需要處理的樣本量在急劇增加,傳統(tǒng)的手工檢測(cè)方法已經(jīng)無(wú)法滿足新時(shí)代血液分析工作的要求,對(duì)于全自動(dòng)血液分析系統(tǒng)——微柱凝膠檢測(cè)一體機(jī)的研制需求迫在眉睫。微柱凝膠檢測(cè)一體機(jī)通過(guò)對(duì)微柱凝膠卡的離心來(lái)進(jìn)行血型分析實(shí)驗(yàn),可以有效地提高血型分析的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和準(zhǔn)確率,大大減少對(duì)人力資源的浪費(fèi),研究高速度、高準(zhǔn)確率的微柱凝膠檢測(cè)一體機(jī)具有十分重要的意義。 根據(jù)微柱凝膠檢測(cè)一體機(jī)所需的功能,本文設(shè)計(jì)了一套基于PLC的微柱凝膠檢測(cè)一體系統(tǒng),能夠集裝夾微柱凝膠卡,判定有效性,離心和對(duì)離心結(jié)果進(jìn)行判讀等一系列動(dòng)作于一身,代替人工完成對(duì)微柱凝膠卡的一系列操作,并用電子判讀取代人工判讀提高了判讀標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,降低了人力的使用。論文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容有以下方面:①通過(guò)調(diào)研和分析,根據(jù)微柱凝膠檢測(cè)一體機(jī)的功能需求,制定了微柱凝膠檢測(cè)一體機(jī)的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,詳細(xì)分析了其工作原理和工作流程,確定了微柱凝膠檢測(cè)一體機(jī)的性能指標(biāo)。②完成了卡盒系統(tǒng)、抓取系統(tǒng)和離心系統(tǒng)等機(jī)械部件的設(shè)計(jì),并完成了相應(yīng)的三維建模,通過(guò)有關(guān)計(jì)算和有限元分析論證了設(shè)計(jì)的可靠性。③完成了微柱凝膠檢測(cè)一體機(jī)控制部分的設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)合PLC理論,完成相關(guān)硬件和軟件設(shè)計(jì),主要包括控制方案選擇和實(shí)施、PLC程序設(shè)計(jì)、人機(jī)交互界面的設(shè)計(jì)等。④對(duì)微柱凝膠卡的圖像識(shí)別技術(shù)進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明,通過(guò)分析微柱凝膠檢測(cè)結(jié)果的識(shí)別標(biāo)準(zhǔn),研制出了一套完整的判讀方法,通過(guò)圖像裁剪、圖像分割、灰度處理、平滑濾波、縱向投影和曲線判讀等一系列流程對(duì)離心結(jié)果進(jìn)行快速準(zhǔn)確的判讀。 經(jīng)過(guò)安裝調(diào)試,微柱凝膠檢測(cè)一體機(jī)已投入使用,并能夠完成相應(yīng)的實(shí)驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目。
[Abstract]:With the development of medical technology, blood type analysis, as a necessary test item of clinical blood transfusion, needs to be dealt with in a sharp increase in sample size, traditional manual testing methods can no longer meet the requirements of the new era of blood analysis work.For the automatic blood analysis system-micro-column gel detection machine development is urgent.By centrifuging the microcolumn gel card for blood type analysis, the microcolumn gel detector can effectively improve the standardization and accuracy of blood group analysis, greatly reduce the waste of human resources, and study at a high speed.The high accuracy microcolumn gel detection machine has very important significance.According to the function needed by the integrated microcolumn gel detection machine, a microcolumn gel detection system based on PLC is designed in this paper, which can assemble the microcolumn gel card and determine the validity.A series of actions, such as centrifugation and interpretation of centrifuge results, are used to replace manual operation of microcolumn gel card, and electronic interpretation instead of manual interpretation improves the standardization of interpretation and reduces the use of manpower.The main research contents of this paper are as follows: 1 through investigation and analysis, according to the functional requirements of microcolumn gel detection integrated machine, the overall design scheme of microcolumn gel detection integrated machine is formulated, and its working principle and work flow are analyzed in detail.The performance index of microcolumn gel detection integrated machine was determined. 2. The design of mechanical parts such as card box system, grab system and centrifuge system was completed, and the corresponding 3D modeling was completed.Through the calculation and finite element analysis, the reliability of the design is demonstrated. 3. The control part of the microcolumn gel detection integrated machine is designed. Combined with the PLC theory, the related hardware and software are designed.This paper mainly includes the selection of control scheme and the implementation of PLC program design, the design of man-machine interface and so on. 4. The image recognition technology of microcolumn gel card is explained, and the recognition standard of microcolumn gel detection result is analyzed.A complete interpretation method is developed. The centrifuge results are interpreted quickly and accurately by a series of processes such as image clipping, image segmentation, gray processing, smoothing filtering, longitudinal projection and curve interpretation.After installation and debugging, microcolumn gel detection machine has been put into use, and can complete the corresponding experimental project.
