納米增效劑對(duì)連續(xù)波與脈沖波HIFU消融兔肝腫瘤的作用比較

【摘要】:目的探討納米增效劑對(duì)連續(xù)波HIFU(CHIFU)與脈沖波HIFU(PHIFU)消融腫瘤的增效作用。方法 41只荷瘤兔隨機(jī)取1只觀察建模情況。其余40只隨機(jī)分為A、B、C、D 4組,分別為單純CHIFU組、CHIFU聯(lián)合增效劑組、單純PHIFU組、PHIFU聯(lián)合增效劑組(PHIFU組占空比均為50%),每組10只,超聲監(jiān)控下對(duì)兔肝腫瘤進(jìn)行HIFU輻照。結(jié)果能效因子:CHIFU聯(lián)合增效劑組小于單純CHIFU組,PHIFU聯(lián)合增效劑組小于單純PHIFU組,PHIFU聯(lián)合增效劑組小于CHIFU聯(lián)合增效劑組(P0.05)。皮膚損傷:PHIFU聯(lián)合增效劑組小于其余各組。轉(zhuǎn)歸:各組均可有效控制腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移。結(jié)論 PHIFU聯(lián)合納米增效劑比CHIFU聯(lián)合納米增效劑治療腫瘤效率、安全性更高,轉(zhuǎn)歸時(shí)間縮短。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the synergistic effect of nano-synergist on tumor ablation by continuous wave HIFUU (CHIFU) and pulsed wave HIFU (PHIFU). Methods A total of 41 rabbits were randomly selected to observe the model. The other 40 rabbits were randomly divided into two groups: CHIFU group (n = 41) and CHIFU group (n = 40). The duty ratio of PHIFU combined with synergist group was 50, 10 rats in each group. Results the energy efficiency factor:% CHIFU combined synergist group was smaller than that of pure CHIFU group and PHIFU combined synergist group was smaller than CHIFU combined synergist group (P 0.05). Conclusion PHIFU combined with nano-synergist is more effective than CHIFU combined with nano-synergist in the treatment of tumor. Higher safety and shorter return time.
