【摘要】：[目的]了解護(hù)士長對科室成本核算的認(rèn)知現(xiàn)狀,分析影響護(hù)士長科室成本核算認(rèn)知的相關(guān)因素,為改善醫(yī)院經(jīng)濟(jì)管理和護(hù)理管理者科室成本核算認(rèn)知提出合理建議依據(jù)。[方法]選取山東省4所三級甲等醫(yī)院的278名護(hù)士長作為研究對象,采用自行設(shè)計(jì)的護(hù)士長對科室成本核算認(rèn)知調(diào)查量表進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。[結(jié)果]護(hù)士長對科室成本核算認(rèn)知得分為(104.32±12.91)分,護(hù)士長科室成本核算認(rèn)知得分與最高學(xué)歷、從事管理年限、是否參與科室成本核算培訓(xùn)有關(guān)。[結(jié)論]臨床護(hù)士長科室成本核算認(rèn)知水平一般,建議在學(xué)校護(hù)理專業(yè)課程中增加科室成本核算的知識內(nèi)容,醫(yī)院和相關(guān)衛(wèi)生部門有針對性地對護(hù)士長進(jìn)行相關(guān)知識的繼續(xù)教育與培訓(xùn),建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的臨床科室成本核算體系。
[Abstract]:[objective] to understand the current situation of head nurses' cognition of department cost accounting, and to analyze the related factors that affect the cognition of head nurses' department cost accounting. In order to improve the cognition of hospital economic management and nursing management department cost accounting, the reasonable suggestion basis was put forward. [methods] 278 head nurses from 4 Grade 3A hospitals in Shandong Province were selected as the research objects. A self-designed head nurse questionnaire was used to investigate the cost accounting cognition of the department. [results] the cognitive score of the head nurse on the cost accounting of the department was 104.32 鹵12.91, and the head nurse's cognitive score of cost accounting and the highest academic degree were the highest. [conclusion] the cognitive level of cost accounting of clinical head nurses is general. It is suggested that the knowledge of cost accounting should be added to the curriculum of nursing specialty in schools. The hospital and the related health department carried on the related knowledge continuing education and the training to the head nurse pertinently, established the standard clinical department cost accounting system.
