【摘要】：目的:探討綜合飲食護(hù)理干預(yù)在血液透析伴高磷血癥患者中應(yīng)用效果。方法:選取我科2015年2月~2016年2月收治的血液透析伴高磷血癥的60例患者為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)等分為觀察組和對(duì)照組。對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)護(hù)理,觀察組給予綜合飲食護(hù)理干預(yù)。比較兩組干預(yù)6個(gè)月后的鈣磷代謝指標(biāo)以及人體測(cè)量學(xué)指標(biāo)的變化。結(jié)果:觀察組干預(yù)6個(gè)月后的血磷低于對(duì)照組,鈣磷乘積小于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組干預(yù)6個(gè)月時(shí)的血鈣值差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組干預(yù)6個(gè)月時(shí)的身體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)、肱三頭肌皮褶厚度(TSF)、上臂周徑(MAC)比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:綜合飲食護(hù)理干預(yù)能夠有效降低血液透析高磷血癥患者的血磷水平,且不會(huì)影響患者的營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀態(tài),值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of comprehensive dietary nursing intervention in hemodialysis patients with hyperphosphatemia. Methods: 60 patients with hyperphosphatemia were selected from February 2015 to February 2016 in our department. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing. The changes of calcium and phosphorus metabolism index and anthropometric index were compared between the two groups after 6 months of intervention. Results: after 6 months of intervention, the blood phosphorus of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the product of calcium and phosphorus was smaller than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in serum calcium between the two groups at 6 months after intervention. The body mass index (BMI), triceps skinfold thickness (TSFD), and circumference of upper arm (Marc) were compared between the two groups at 6 months after intervention. Conclusion: comprehensive dietary nursing intervention can effectively reduce the level of blood phosphorus in patients with hyperphosphatemia on hemodialysis, and will not affect the nutritional status of the patients, so it is worth popularizing.
