【摘要】：人口老化呈現出世界趨勢,日本和中國等東亞國家人口老化現狀尤為嚴峻。人口老化使老年癡呆患者數量急劇增加,如何預防老年癡呆受到全世界的關注。作為長壽之國的日本,在老年癡呆的應對方面,從國家戰(zhàn)略到地區(qū)所采取的預防策略,乃至社區(qū)護理研究都積累了豐富的經驗。本文介紹日本老年癡呆預防的國家戰(zhàn)略、地區(qū)策略,分析社區(qū)護理的研究現狀、存在的問題,以期為中國老齡化進程中的老年癡呆預防策略的構建提供參考。
[Abstract]:Population ageing is showing a worldwide trend, especially in East Asian countries such as Japan and China, where the number of people with Alzheimer's disease has increased dramatically. How to prevent Alzheimer's disease has attracted worldwide attention. Japan, as a country of longevity, has adopted preventive strategies from national strategies to regions in terms of coping with Alzheimer's disease. Even the research of community nursing has accumulated rich experience. This paper introduces the national strategy, regional strategy, analysis of the current situation of community nursing, the problems existing in the prevention of Alzheimer's disease in Japan. In order to provide a reference for the construction of Alzheimer's disease prevention strategy in the process of aging in China.
