【摘要】:丙酮是人體呼出氣體中含量最高的揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物之一,它與糖尿病、肺癌等疾病有著一定的關(guān)系。本研究通過注射法配制了不同二氧化碳濃度和濕度下的丙酮混合氣體,應(yīng)用質(zhì)子轉(zhuǎn)移反應(yīng)質(zhì)譜(PTRMS)法對(duì)Tedlar采樣袋中的丙酮混合氣體進(jìn)行濃度檢測(cè),研究二氧化碳濃度、氣體濕度、氧氣離子濃度和一氧化氮離子濃度等因素對(duì)丙酮濃度測(cè)量結(jié)果的影響,并推導(dǎo)出修正公式。結(jié)果表明:二氧化碳濃度和氣體濕度的增加不會(huì)對(duì)丙酮離子的計(jì)數(shù)值產(chǎn)生明顯影響,但會(huì)增加水合氫離子團(tuán)簇離子的含量;氧氣離子濃度的增加會(huì)提高丙酮碎片離子的含量;一氧化氮離子的測(cè)量濃度很低,對(duì)丙酮測(cè)量結(jié)果的影響可以忽略不計(jì);以上各影響因素在使用修正公式后,可以有效地抑制影響,優(yōu)化實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:Acetone is one of the most volatile organic compounds in the exhaled gases, which is related to diabetes, lung cancer and other diseases. The concentration of acetone mixture in Tedlar sampling bag was detected by proton transfer reaction mass spectrometry (PT-MS). The effects of carbon dioxide concentration, gas humidity, oxygen ion concentration and nitric oxide concentration on acetone concentration were studied. The results show that the increase of carbon dioxide concentration and gas humidity will not obviously affect the calculated value of acetone ion, but will increase the content of hydrated hydrogen ion cluster ions. The increase of oxygen ion concentration will increase the content of acetone fragment ion; the measurement concentration of nitric oxide ion is very low, and the effect on acetone measurement results can be ignored. It can effectively suppress the influence and optimize the experimental results.
