【摘要】：目的提供高效、準確的股外側皮神經超聲探測的方法,并評估其解剖變異。方法以闊筋膜張肌和縫匠肌之間的間隙作為股外側皮神經聲像圖定位標志,18 MHz超聲探測150例志愿者的股外側皮神經。測量神經與髂前上棘之間的距離,觀察腹股溝韌帶水平的神經分支數(shù)目和神經與腹股溝韌帶之間的關系,并記錄探查時間。結果所有受檢者的股外側皮神經在闊筋膜張肌和縫匠肌之間的肌間隙均清晰顯示。股外側皮神經與髂前上棘之間的平均距離為(15.4±4.1)mm。其中252條神經走行于腹股溝韌帶的深面,此水平的神經由1~4根分支組成。鑒別一條神經的平均時間為7s。結論以闊筋膜張肌和縫匠肌的間隙作為聲像圖定位標志,有助于超聲高效,準確地顯示股外側皮神經,超聲可觀察其解剖學變異。
[Abstract]:Objective to provide an effective and accurate method for ultrasonic detection of lateral femoral cutaneous nerve and to evaluate its anatomic variation. Methods the gap between the tensor lata muscle and the sartorius muscle was used as the location marker of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve. 18 MHz ultrasound was used to detect the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve in 150 volunteers. The distance between the nerve and the anterior superior iliac spine was measured. The number of nerve branches at inguinal ligament level and the relationship between nerve and inguinal ligament were observed. Results the space of lateral femoral cutaneous nerve between tensor lata muscle and sartorius muscle was clearly displayed. The average distance between the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve and the anterior superior iliac spine was (. Among them, 252 nerves were located on the deep surface of the inguinal ligament. The nerve at this level is composed of 1 or 4 branches. The average time for distinguishing a nerve is 7 s.Conclusion the gap between the tensor lata and the sartorius muscle is used as a sonographic localization marker, which is helpful to the high efficiency of ultrasound. The anatomical variation of lateral femoral cutaneous nerve can be observed by ultrasound.
