【摘要】：目的對(duì)溫州地區(qū)無償獻(xiàn)血者的血液標(biāo)本進(jìn)行血清學(xué)與核酸聯(lián)合檢測,全面評(píng)估血清學(xué)與核酸檢測(NAT)在降低輸血相關(guān)傳染性疾病中的互補(bǔ)性。方法對(duì)2014年10月至2015年6月,溫州市中心血站采集的無償獻(xiàn)血者的血液標(biāo)本,用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)(ELISA)對(duì)血液傳染性指標(biāo)乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)抗體、艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗體、蒼白球螺旋體(TP)抗體進(jìn)行檢測,丙氨酸轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(ALT)采用速率法,同時(shí)采用核酸檢測技術(shù)對(duì)乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)DNA、HCV RNA、HIV RNA進(jìn)行6人份三項(xiàng)目聯(lián)合檢測,并對(duì)檢測結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 33 736份血液標(biāo)本中,ELISA(+)NAT(+)95份,其中HBsAg(+)NAT(+)72份,符合率60.5%;HCV抗體(+)NAT(+)13份,符合率11.2%;HIV抗體(+)NAT(+)10份,符合率30.3%。41份ELISA(-)核酸(+)樣本,且均為HBV DNA陽性。ELISA(+)NAT(-)173份。ELISA雙試劑陽性樣本中,HBV、HCV、HIV S/CO≥5的樣本組的核酸陽性符合率高于S/CO5的樣本組。結(jié)論核酸檢測能有效地降低輸血傳播疾病的發(fā)生,但也存在漏檢的可能,不能完全取代血清學(xué)檢測,只有兩者有機(jī)結(jié)合才能真正保證血液的安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the serum and nucleic acid of blood samples from unpaid blood donors in Wenzhou area. A comprehensive assessment of the complementarity between serology and nucleic acid testing (Nat) in reducing transfusion-related infectious diseases was conducted from October 2014 to June 2015. Blood samples collected from blood donors from Wenzhou city center blood station were tested by Elisa to detect hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg). The antibody against hepatitis C virus (HCV), HIV / AIDS (HIV / AIDS) and Treponema pallidum (TPTP) were detected, and alanine aminotransferase (alt) was used as rate method.
