【摘要】：在明確養(yǎng)老倫理社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)變化的基礎(chǔ)上,闡釋蘊(yùn)含著時(shí)代精神的養(yǎng)老理念和養(yǎng)老服務(wù),臨終關(guān)懷在養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體系中將獨(dú)立化為服務(wù)模塊并逐漸凸顯其復(fù)合性價(jià)值。臨終關(guān)懷是養(yǎng)老服務(wù)中醫(yī)學(xué)人文精神的體現(xiàn),將演進(jìn)為現(xiàn)代養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的具體內(nèi)容、專業(yè)活動(dòng)和自覺(jué)籌劃。確立臨終關(guān)懷的內(nèi)涵,梳理臨終關(guān)懷的外延,論述臨終關(guān)懷在養(yǎng)老服務(wù)中的角色與實(shí)施路徑。臨終關(guān)懷在養(yǎng)老服務(wù)中將更加廣泛而深入地被醫(yī)務(wù)工作者、養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員所關(guān)注,臨終關(guān)懷作為養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的必要、重要外延將與餐飲、文娛等服務(wù)協(xié)同發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:On the basis of clear changes in the social basis of pension ethics, this paper explains the concept and service of the aged which contains the spirit of the times. Hospice care in the old-age service system will be independent into a service module and gradually highlight its complex value. Hospice care is the embodiment of the humanistic spirit of Chinese medicine in old-age care services will evolve into the specific content of modern pension services. Professional activities and conscious planning. Establish the connotation of hospice care, comb the extension of hospice care. This paper discusses the role of hospice in the old-age service and its implementation path. Hospice care will be more widely and deeply concerned by medical workers and carers in the old-age service, and hospice care as a necessary service for the aged. Important extension will be coordinated with catering, entertainment and other services.
