【摘要】：目的 了解老年人的健康狀況；分析影響老年人健康狀況的主要因素。 方法 采用多階段分層整群抽樣方法，于2012年7月～2013年5月對(duì)河北省3個(gè)城市的60歲及以上的6173名城鄉(xiāng)老年人進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查，內(nèi)容包括：老年人一般資料調(diào)查表（年齡、性別、收支狀況、文化程度、婚姻狀況、醫(yī)保、慢性病、生活習(xí)慣、家庭情況等）、生活滿(mǎn)意度、SF-36簡(jiǎn)明健康調(diào)查表、社會(huì)支持評(píng)定量表（SSRS）、家庭功能評(píng)定量表（FAD）、日常生活能力量表（ADL）。所有數(shù)據(jù)采用Excel軟件輸入建立數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，，使用SPSS13.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。 結(jié)果 1老年人健康狀況評(píng)分：PF（72.07±25.32）分、RP（58.46±43.72）分、BP（69.62±23.14）分、GH（56.16±19.77）分、VT（64.54±20.03）分、SF（70.57±22.56）分、RE（69.99±40.65）分、MH（66.10±19.65）分、總分（541.7±156.1）分。 2城鄉(xiāng)老年人健康狀況比較：城市老年人PF、RP、BP、GH、SF、RE維度的得分以及總分均高于農(nóng)村老年人（P＜0.05）。城市老年人在VT、MH兩個(gè)領(lǐng)域的得分均低于農(nóng)村，差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＞0.05）。 3影響老年人健康狀況的單因素分析：健康狀況總分：在性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、文化程度、醫(yī)保、收支狀況、生活滿(mǎn)意度、日�；顒�(dòng)能力、慢性病、自我健康管理、體育鍛煉、愛(ài)好、睡眠、家庭功能、子女交流、家人關(guān)懷滿(mǎn)意度、社會(huì)支持間差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。 4影響老年人健康狀況的多因素分析：健康狀況總分的影響因素依次為ADL、睡眠、體育鍛煉、生活滿(mǎn)意度、收支狀況、城鄉(xiāng)、慢性病、年齡、幾個(gè)子女，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。 結(jié)論 1老年人健康狀況在PF、SF、RE、BP、MH、VT領(lǐng)域處于中等水平，RP、GH領(lǐng)域處于低等水平；城市老年人健康狀況明顯優(yōu)于農(nóng)村。 2多因素分析結(jié)果顯示影響健康狀況總分的因素有ADL、睡眠、體育鍛煉、生活滿(mǎn)意度、收支狀況、城鄉(xiāng)、慢性病、年齡、幾個(gè)子女。
[Abstract]:Purpose Understand the health status of the elderly ; analyze the main factors that affect the health of the elderly . method Using multi - stage stratified cluster sampling method , 6173 urban and rural elderly people aged 60 years and over in 3 cities in Hebei province were investigated by using multi - stage stratified cluster sampling method . The contents included : general data questionnaire ( age , sex , income and expenditure status , culture degree , marital status , health insurance , chronic disease , living habits , family situation , etc . ) , life satisfaction , SF - 36 simple health questionnaire , social support rating scale ( SSRS ) , family function rating scale ( FAPs ) , daily life energy meter ( ADL ) . All data was input and established by Excel software , and SPSS 13.0 software was used for statistical analysis . Results The health status of the elderly : PF ( 72.07 鹵 25.32 ) , RP ( 58.46 鹵 43.72 ) , BP ( 69.62 鹵 23.14 ) , GH ( 64.54 鹵 20.03 ) , SF ( 70.57 鹵 22.56 ) , RE ( 69.99 鹵 40.65 ) , MH ( 66.10 鹵 19.65 ) , total score ( 541.7 鹵 156.1 ) . The scores of PF , RP , BP , GH , SF and RE in urban elderly were higher than those in rural elderly ( P < 0.05 ) . The scores of urban old people in both areas were lower than those in rural areas ( P > 0.05 ) . 3 . Single factor analysis of health status of the elderly : general health status : gender , age , marital status , degree of culture , health insurance , income and expenditure , life satisfaction , daily activity , chronic disease , self - health management , physical exercise , hobbies , sleep , family function , child communication , family care satisfaction and social support . 4 . The factors influencing the health status of the elderly were : ADL , sleep , physical exercise , life satisfaction , income and expenditure status , urban and rural , chronic disease , age , several children , and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05 ) . Conclusion The health status of the elderly in PF , SF , RE , BP , MH and VT were in the middle level , RP and GH field were at a low level , and the health status of the elderly in urban areas was significantly better than that in rural areas . The results of multivariate analysis showed that the factors influencing the total score of health were ADL , sleep , physical exercise , life satisfaction , income and expenditure status , urban and rural , chronic disease , age and several children .
