北宋詩(shī)歌中的果蔬描寫(xiě)研究

【摘要】:詩(shī)歌作為人類(lèi)社會(huì)生活和思想情感的藝術(shù)化記錄,從一開(kāi)始就對(duì)與人們生活聯(lián)系密切的果蔬有所關(guān)注。北宋以來(lái)社會(huì)的世俗化傾向,使文人更加注重在詩(shī)歌中描寫(xiě)日常飲食生活,果蔬逐漸擺脫實(shí)用性質(zhì),躍入審美境地,獲得詩(shī)意的提升。本文擬通過(guò)分類(lèi)統(tǒng)計(jì)的方法直觀展現(xiàn)北宋詩(shī)歌中果蔬入詩(shī)的情況,繼而在文本細(xì)讀的基礎(chǔ)上從情感意蘊(yùn)、藝術(shù)特色、文化內(nèi)涵等多角度進(jìn)行分析,以期真實(shí)反映北宋詩(shī)歌中果蔬描寫(xiě)的面貌。全文分四章論述。第一章用表格的形式分類(lèi)統(tǒng)計(jì)北宋詩(shī)歌中出現(xiàn)的果蔬,與唐詩(shī)和南宋詩(shī)的比較可以見(jiàn)出北宋詩(shī)歌中果蔬描寫(xiě)的承上啟下地位。以統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果為據(jù),重點(diǎn)分析北宋詩(shī)歌中出現(xiàn)最多的果蔬——橘子和竹筍的描寫(xiě)情況。同時(shí)對(duì)宋代文論中的“蔬筍氣”作一簡(jiǎn)要分析。第二章分析北宋詩(shī)歌中果蔬描寫(xiě)所包含的情感意蘊(yùn)。首先是對(duì)美味的喜愛(ài);同時(shí)宋代文人士大夫追求高雅的生活,關(guān)注自身精神修養(yǎng),果蔬描寫(xiě)也寄寓著他們對(duì)清雅生活的追求;因果蔬的季節(jié)性而引發(fā)了詩(shī)人的時(shí)光之嘆,引申到容顏易老、物是人非、聚散漂泊的深沉慨嘆;風(fēng)物最易惹相思,果蔬常常喚起作者的思鄉(xiāng)之情,扯出一直在心底的歸隱情結(jié);北宋士大夫是社會(huì)責(zé)任感和歷史使命感高昂的一代,果蔬有時(shí)也引發(fā)他們對(duì)于國(guó)家政治的思考和民生疾苦的關(guān)懷。第三章分析北宋詩(shī)歌中果蔬描寫(xiě)的藝術(shù)特色,集中體現(xiàn)在對(duì)色香形味的全方位描摹、造語(yǔ)新奇、善于用典和組詩(shī)、唱和贈(zèng)答詩(shī)的結(jié)構(gòu)形式上。造語(yǔ)新奇包括比喻、擬人等方面的奇特想象和大量動(dòng)詞點(diǎn)活詩(shī)意等手法。唱和贈(zèng)答詩(shī)中蘊(yùn)含著諧謔意識(shí)。第四章分析北宋詩(shī)歌中果蔬描寫(xiě)所體現(xiàn)的飲食文化內(nèi)容。北宋詩(shī)歌中的果蔬描寫(xiě)是宋代日常飲食生活的一面鏡子,為我們了解北宋時(shí)期的飲食習(xí)慣提供詩(shī)意的參考。通過(guò)這些詩(shī)歌,我們能看到以下四個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容:以素托葷新型菜式的出現(xiàn);以藥苗為蔬的蔬食習(xí)慣;食春盤(pán)與挑菜的節(jié)令習(xí)俗;果蔬副食品的繁榮發(fā)展。北宋詩(shī)歌中的果蔬描寫(xiě)拓展了詩(shī)歌題材,提高了果蔬的審美價(jià)值,對(duì)后世果蔬題材創(chuàng)作影響深遠(yuǎn)。同時(shí),果蔬描寫(xiě)也對(duì)社會(huì)飲食文化有一定反作用。
[Abstract]:Poetry, as an artistic record of human social life and thought and emotion, has paid close attention to fruits and vegetables which are closely related to people's life from the beginning. The secularization tendency of the society since the Northern Song Dynasty makes the literati pay more attention to describing the daily diet life in the poetry, and gradually get rid of the practical nature of fruit and vegetables, jump into the aesthetic position, and obtain the poetic promotion. This paper intends to show directly the situation of fruit and vegetable entering poetry in Northern Song Dynasty by the method of classification and statistics, and then analyze the meaning of emotion, artistic characteristics, cultural connotation and so on the basis of careful reading of the text. In order to truly reflect the Northern Song Dynasty poetry fruit and vegetable description of the face. The full text is divided into four chapters. The first chapter classifies fruits and vegetables in Northern Song poetry by tabular form, and compares them with Tang poetry and Southern Song poetry, which shows the connecting position of fruit and vegetable description in Northern Song poetry. Based on the statistical results, this paper focuses on the description of orange and bamboo shoots, which are the most popular fruits and vegetables in Northern Song poetry. At the same time, a brief analysis of the Song Dynasty literary theory of "shoot and vegetable Qi". The second chapter analyzes the emotional implication of fruit and vegetable description in Northern Song poetry. First is the love of delicious; at the same time, the Song Dynasty literati and officials pursue elegant life, pay attention to their spiritual self-cultivation, fruit and vegetable description also embodies their pursuit of elegant life; because of the seasonal fruit and vegetables and triggered the poet's time sigh, Extended to the appearance is easy to be old, the person is different, gathers and drifts deeply laments; the wind object most easily causes the acacia, the fruit and vegetable often evokes the author's homesickness feeling, pulls out has been in the bottom of the heart the hidden complex; The Scholarship of Northern Song Dynasty is a generation with high sense of social responsibility and historical mission. Fruits and vegetables sometimes lead them to think about national politics and care for people's livelihood. The third chapter analyzes the artistic characteristics of fruit and vegetable description in Northern Song Dynasty poetry, mainly reflected in the all-round description of color and fragrance, novel language creation, good at the structure of canonical and group poetry, singing and giving poems. The novelty of language creation includes the peculiar imagination of metaphor, personification and the poetic meaning of a large number of verbs. Singing and answering poems contain a sense of banter. The fourth chapter analyzes the content of diet culture embodied in fruit and vegetable description in Northern Song Dynasty poetry. The description of fruits and vegetables in Northern Song poetry is a mirror of the daily diet of the Song Dynasty, which provides a poetic reference for us to understand the eating habits of the Northern Song Dynasty. Through these poems, we can see the following four aspects: the emergence of new vegetable dishes with vegetarian meat; the vegetable eating habits of taking medicinal plants as vegetables; the seasonal customs of eating spring dishes and picking vegetables; and the prosperity and development of fruits and vegetables as non-staple foods. The description of fruits and vegetables in Northern Song Dynasty poetry expanded the theme of poetry, improved the aesthetic value of fruits and vegetables, and had a profound influence on the creation of fruit and vegetable themes in later generations. At the same time, the description of fruits and vegetables also has a certain reaction to the social diet culture.
