“傳統(tǒng)”與上海想象的建構(gòu)—新時期以來上海作家的弄堂書寫

【摘要】:在關(guān)于城市書寫與文化認(rèn)同的相關(guān)研究中,北方京津濟(jì)、南方滬港臺一直是熱門話題,其中上海因典型的多元文化特質(zhì)而備受矚目。“傳統(tǒng)”與“現(xiàn)代”作為上海想象的兩大聲部,在有關(guān)文學(xué)上海的研究中成為一門顯學(xué)。而吊詭的是,20世紀(jì)以來“現(xiàn)代”被描述為上海的“傳統(tǒng)”。在書寫上海的文本中,無論是呈現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代城市景觀、都市精神,還是通過現(xiàn)代主義的敘事技巧建構(gòu)現(xiàn)代上海形象,“現(xiàn)代”都是唯一可識讀標(biāo)志,而“傳統(tǒng)”與上海城市形象建構(gòu)的關(guān)系卻未能得到學(xué)界正視。毋庸諱言,千年積淀的吳越文化構(gòu)成了上海精神的內(nèi)核,老上海傳統(tǒng)文化與城市精神是傳統(tǒng)上海的“芯子”,而吳越文化傳統(tǒng)及其形成的城市精神是滬上作家想象上海傳統(tǒng)、認(rèn)同上海傳統(tǒng)的精神標(biāo)識。想象“老上海傳統(tǒng)”,即通過鉤沉傳統(tǒng)上海城市精神來建構(gòu)傳統(tǒng)上海形象。新時期以來,一些上海作家的上海書寫沿襲了中國古典文學(xué)的市井?dāng)⑹聜鹘y(tǒng),并裹挾著上海傳統(tǒng)文化內(nèi)涵,以此完成了從傳統(tǒng)意義想象上海、認(rèn)同上海傳統(tǒng)的嘗試。而市民文化又是地域傳統(tǒng)文化的重要組成部分。弄堂,作為上海典型傳統(tǒng)民居建筑,成為作家鋪陳市井日常、展現(xiàn)市民階層審美情趣、文化品位及審美理想的獨(dú)特空間。通過書寫弄堂市井風(fēng)情和世俗人生,作家建構(gòu)起了“傳統(tǒng)”與文學(xué)上海想象、城市文化認(rèn)同之間的復(fù)雜關(guān)系。本文運(yùn)用文化研究、本文細(xì)讀、社會學(xué)研究等方法,以文學(xué)與城市文化關(guān)系為切入點(diǎn),力圖對新時期以來滬上作家的弄堂書寫流脈、“傳統(tǒng)”和文學(xué)上海的想象式建構(gòu)與失落之發(fā)展有一個整體把握,在此基礎(chǔ)上探究文學(xué)弄堂與傳統(tǒng)上海想象的多重向度,分析闡釋傳統(tǒng)上海城市文化身份構(gòu)建及認(rèn)同的機(jī)制。以及通過對比分析,反思傳統(tǒng)文化背景下上海想象的文化意義。全文共分五個部分:導(dǎo)言部分簡要闡述本文所研究問題的緣起,即文學(xué)上海與城市文化身份構(gòu)建及認(rèn)同的關(guān)系,重點(diǎn)分析滬上作家筆下的弄堂書寫與城市想象對文化認(rèn)同建構(gòu)的作用。正文由四部分組成:第一章以文化弄堂和文學(xué)弄堂為闡釋維度,闡釋現(xiàn)代文學(xué)時期弄堂就已成為滬上作家書寫市井世情、想象上海傳統(tǒng)、建構(gòu)傳統(tǒng)上海形象的文化地理空間;第二章以上海想象的“現(xiàn)代”與“傳統(tǒng)”兩大譜系為邏輯起點(diǎn),分析八、九十年代滬上作家通過講述弄堂故事、使用弄堂滬語想象上海傳統(tǒng)、建構(gòu)傳統(tǒng)上海想象與文化認(rèn)同的話語實踐;第三章運(yùn)用文化研究和小說敘事理論,通過分析新世紀(jì)以來上海社會形勢及文學(xué)場狀況,剖析滬上作家書寫弄堂、傳統(tǒng)上海想象建構(gòu)失落的現(xiàn)實,并在比較中進(jìn)行文化反思;第四章重點(diǎn)分析“傳統(tǒng)”與上海想象建構(gòu)與失落的文化意義。
[Abstract]:Among the related studies on urban writing and cultural identity, the northern Beijing-Tianjin-Jiji, southern Shanghai, Hong Kong and Taiwan have always been hot topics. Among them, Shanghai has attracted much attention for its typical multiculturalism. "tradition" and "modern" are the two major parts of Shanghai's imagination. The paradox is that "modern" has been described as the "tradition" of Shanghai since the 20th century. "Modern" is the only readable symbol, but the relationship between "tradition" and "urban image construction in Shanghai" has not been faced squarely by academic circles. Wuyue culture, which has accumulated for thousands of years, forms the core of the Shanghai spirit. The old Shanghai traditional culture and the urban spirit are the core of the traditional Shanghai, while the Wuyue culture tradition and the urban spirit formed by the Shanghai writers are the Shanghai tradition. Identify with the spiritual symbol of Shanghai tradition. Imagine "Old Shanghai tradition", that is, to construct the traditional Shanghai image by hovering the traditional Shanghai urban spirit. The Shanghai writing of some Shanghai writers follows the traditional narrative tradition of Chinese classical literature, and carries with it the connotation of Shanghai's traditional culture, thus accomplishing the imagination of Shanghai from the traditional meaning. An attempt to identify with the tradition of Shanghai. And citizen culture is an important part of the traditional culture of the region. As a typical traditional residential building in Shanghai, Lidan has become a writer who lays out the daily life of the city and shows the aesthetic interest of the civil class. The unique space of cultural taste and aesthetic ideal. By writing folk customs and worldly life, the writer constructs the complex relationship between "tradition" and literature imagination in Shanghai and city cultural identity. With the relationship between literature and urban culture as the breakthrough point, the sociological research and other methods try to have an overall grasp of the "traditional" and literary Shanghai's imaginative construction and lost development of the writing flow of Shanghai writers since the new period. On this basis, it explores the multiple dimensions of literature lane and traditional Shanghai imagination, analyzes and explains the construction and identification mechanism of traditional Shanghai urban cultural identity, and through comparative analysis, Reflecting on the cultural significance of Shanghai's imagination under the background of traditional culture, the full text is divided into five parts: the introduction briefly explains the origin of the problems studied in this paper, that is, the relationship between literary Shanghai and the construction and identification of urban cultural identity. The main body is composed of four parts: the first chapter takes the cultural lane and the literature lane as the explanation dimension, and analyzes the function of the writing of the lane and the imagination of the city on the construction of the cultural identity in the works of the writers of Shanghai, the text of which is composed of four parts. It has become a cultural and geographical space for Shanghai writers to write about the world situation, imagine the tradition of Shanghai, and construct the image of the traditional Shanghai in the period of modern literature. The second chapter takes the "modern" and "traditional" pedigree of Shanghai's imagination as the logical starting point. In 90s, the writers of Shanghai constructed the discourse practice of traditional Shanghai imagination and cultural identity by telling stories and imagining Shanghai tradition in Litang dialect. The third chapter uses cultural research and novel narrative theory. By analyzing the social situation and literature field of Shanghai since the new century, this paper analyzes the writing of Shanghai writers, the traditional Shanghai imagination constructs the lost reality, and carries on the cultural reflection in the comparison; Chapter 4th focuses on the cultural significance of tradition and Shanghai imagination construction and loss.
