【摘要】：2012年,茂名年例上榜廣東省第四屆非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)名錄。九三學(xué)社茂名市委員會(huì)認(rèn)為,年例具有很高很深的文化價(jià)值,集生活、藝術(shù)和文化于一身,不僅能娛樂(lè)人民生活,給人帶來(lái)美感,還具有教育意義。年例文化傳承與傳播的現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程,對(duì)構(gòu)建“茂名文化夢(mèng)”文化價(jià)值體系,具有重要意義。年例的歷史與文化極具地方特色,挖掘年例與本土著名歷史人物的關(guān)系及其相關(guān)傳說(shuō),是傳承、傳播茂名優(yōu)秀文化價(jià)值的重要途徑。年例文化含有豐富的人民大眾歷史記憶和情感追求,通過(guò)對(duì)年例祭祀儀式、人情風(fēng)俗的考察與研究,傳播年例鄉(xiāng)村文化積極健康的精神,實(shí)現(xiàn)年例文化對(duì)廣大人民群眾潛移默化的教育引導(dǎo)作用。年例的網(wǎng)絡(luò)詩(shī)歌文學(xué)時(shí)尚提高年例的文化底蘊(yùn)。研究年例網(wǎng)絡(luò)詩(shī)歌文學(xué)的主要特征,鑒賞年例詩(shī)歌內(nèi)容,能有效地提高人們對(duì)本地區(qū)優(yōu)秀文化的價(jià)值認(rèn)同感。年例的文化價(jià)值不僅來(lái)自于社會(huì)整體的思考,更來(lái)自于作為一個(gè)整體與社會(huì)其他方面的交換和互動(dòng)過(guò)程。傳承、發(fā)展年例的優(yōu)秀文化,要求我們從國(guó)家文化強(qiáng)國(guó)戰(zhàn)略的高度出發(fā),以年例為最大公約數(shù),在“一帶一路”發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中,重點(diǎn)結(jié)合冼太夫人、潘茂名等歷史名人文化遺產(chǎn),統(tǒng)籌整合年例的文化資源,開(kāi)掘年例的文化底蘊(yùn),構(gòu)建年例的文化價(jià)值體系。年例文化是茂名社會(huì)的縮影,其文化價(jià)值是茂名地區(qū)價(jià)值趨向的核心體現(xiàn)。研究年例的文化價(jià)值在幫助形成鄉(xiāng)土傳統(tǒng)、保護(hù)文化遺產(chǎn)、豐富鄉(xiāng)村人們的精神生活和深化地方民俗學(xué)術(shù)研究有重要意義。

Its history and culture with strong local characteristics, and its local mining of famous historical figures and legends, is an important way to spread Maoming heritage, outstanding cultural value. Its culture contains rich people's historical memory and emotional pursuit based on the case, rituals, customs inspection and research, dissemination of" rural culture positive and healthy spirit, realize its culture of the broad masses of the people of potential Subtly the educational guide. The network poetry literature to improve its "fashion culture. The main characteristics of the" network literature, poetry appreciation of its content, can effectively improve the people value identity of the local culture. Its cultural value thinking not only from the whole society, but also from as a whole process of exchange and interaction with other social aspects. The outstanding cultural heritage, its development, requires us to proceed from a strategic height to the national cultural power, "as the common denominator, the development strategy of" The Belt and Road ", focus on the combination of Madame Xian Tai, Pan Maoming and other celebrities in history, cultural heritage, co-ordination and integration its cultural resources, dig its cultural heritage, construct its cultural value system. Its culture is a microcosm of Maoming society, its cultural value is the price in Maoming area The core value of the trend reflects the cultural value of its research. The formation of local tradition in helping to protect the cultural heritage, rich rural people's spiritual life and has important significance to deepen the academic research on the local folk.
