【摘要】：中小板上市企業(yè)是在我國(guó)深圳證券交易所中小企業(yè)板上市的具有良好成長(zhǎng)性和較高科技含量的中小企業(yè),大多為行業(yè)龍頭或標(biāo)桿,對(duì)其它中小企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)有著良好的典范作用;同時(shí)上市后的中小企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)好壞關(guān)系著普通投資者的收益與財(cái)富,關(guān)系著地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的推動(dòng)與發(fā)展。因此,對(duì)這些中小板上市企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)問(wèn)題的研究就顯得尤為必要,政府、企業(yè)及投資者只有在客觀(guān)、全面把握企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)狀況,正確認(rèn)識(shí)企業(yè)所處成長(zhǎng)環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上才能進(jìn)行科學(xué)的決策。 本文在借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論研究成果和大量文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,界定了我國(guó)中小板上市企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)問(wèn)題的研究?jī)?nèi)容---成長(zhǎng)性和成長(zhǎng)環(huán)境。文章通過(guò)理論結(jié)合實(shí)際,在明確中小板上市企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性與成長(zhǎng)環(huán)境內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合前人研究分別構(gòu)建了評(píng)價(jià)我國(guó)中小板上市企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性與成長(zhǎng)環(huán)境的兩套指標(biāo)體系,并以中小板502家上市企業(yè)為樣本,利用突變級(jí)數(shù)法和ZWSJRSCK分析法得到30個(gè)省市地區(qū)的實(shí)證評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果。但文章并不局限于對(duì)兩者的單獨(dú)評(píng)價(jià)分析,而是利用相關(guān)分析及多元回歸模型對(duì)兩者間的具體影響關(guān)系進(jìn)行深入探究,然后得出實(shí)證分析結(jié)論。繼而根據(jù)地區(qū)中小板上市企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性得分排名劃分出成長(zhǎng)性較高與較低的兩組地區(qū),通過(guò)分析重要環(huán)境因素對(duì)成長(zhǎng)性影響的實(shí)際情況,驗(yàn)證實(shí)證模型結(jié)論的有效性。最后,針對(duì)本文研究成果提出一些提升我國(guó)中小板上市企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性的環(huán)境政策建議。
[Abstract]:Small and medium-sized listed enterprises are small and medium-sized enterprises with good growth and high-tech content listed on the small and medium-sized enterprises board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange of China. Most of them are leading or benchmarking of the industry, which has a good role in the growth of other small and medium-sized enterprises. At the same time, the growth of SMEs after listing is related to the income and wealth of ordinary investors and the promotion and development of regional economy. Therefore, it is particularly necessary to study the growth of these small and medium-sized listed enterprises. The government, enterprises and investors only have an objective and comprehensive grasp of the growth of enterprises. Scientific decision can be made only on the basis of correct understanding of the growth environment of enterprises. On the basis of reference of domestic and foreign relevant theoretical research results and a large number of literature, this paper defines the research content of the growth of small and medium-sized board listed enterprises in China-growth and growth environment. Based on the combination of theory and practice, and on the basis of defining the connotation of growth and growth environment of small and medium-sized board listed enterprises, combined with previous studies, this paper respectively constructs two sets of index systems to evaluate the growth and growth environment of small and medium-sized board listed enterprises in China. The empirical evaluation results of 30 provinces and cities were obtained by using catastrophe series method and ZWSJRSCK analysis. However, the article is not limited to the individual evaluation and analysis of the two, but uses the correlation analysis and the multiple regression model to explore the specific relationship between the two, and then draws the conclusion of empirical analysis. Then, according to the growth score of the small and medium-sized listed enterprises in the region, two groups of regions with high growth and low growth are divided into two groups, and the validity of the empirical model conclusion is verified by analyzing the actual situation of the influence of the important environmental factors on the growth. Finally, the paper puts forward some environmental policy suggestions to promote the growth of Chinese small and medium-sized board listed enterprises.
