【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論是從微觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中分化發(fā)展出來、并以微觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)為理論基礎(chǔ)的一門相對(duì)獨(dú)立的應(yīng)用性經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)科，它主要是運(yùn)用微觀經(jīng)濟(jì)理論來分析企業(yè)、市場(chǎng)和行業(yè)的相互關(guān)系。 我國(guó)證券業(yè)在20多年的發(fā)展過程中形成了自身的特點(diǎn)，根據(jù)SCP的研究路線，本文首先研究證券業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)，主要分析證券業(yè)規(guī)模、進(jìn)出壁壘、產(chǎn)品多樣化、產(chǎn)業(yè)集中度。其中產(chǎn)業(yè)集中度主要研究絕對(duì)集中度與相對(duì)集中度，通過絕對(duì)集中度CR和相對(duì)集中度HHI得出我國(guó)證券業(yè)正處于中(下)集中寡占型市場(chǎng)中的結(jié)論，然后，，研究2006-2010年我國(guó)證券業(yè)績(jī)效，其中選取32家證券公司作為樣本集，得到以下結(jié)論： 1.創(chuàng)新型證券公司績(jī)效高于規(guī)范類和待評(píng)審類證券公司。 2.證券公司總體技術(shù)效率、純技術(shù)效率低下，規(guī)模報(bào)酬效率比較高。 最后運(yùn)用實(shí)證分析發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)證券業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)的決定因素產(chǎn)業(yè)集中度的高低與證券業(yè)績(jī)效的高低沒有必然聯(lián)系；證券業(yè)進(jìn)出壁壘越高市場(chǎng)績(jī)效越低，兩者是反比例關(guān)系；證券公司的產(chǎn)品多樣化有利于提高市場(chǎng)績(jī)效。
[Abstract]:Industrial organization theory is a relatively independent applied economic discipline developed from microeconomics and based on microeconomics. It mainly uses microeconomic theory to analyze enterprises. The relationship between market and industry. China's securities industry has formed its own characteristics in the course of more than 20 years of development. According to the research route of SCP, this paper first studies the structure of the securities industry, mainly analyzes the scale of the securities industry, the barriers to entry and exit, the diversification of products, and the degree of industrial concentration. The industrial concentration mainly studies absolute concentration and relative concentration. Through absolute concentration CR and relative concentration HHI, we draw the conclusion that China's securities industry is in the middle (lower) concentrated oligopoly market, and then, This paper studies the performance of China's securities industry from 2006 to 2010, in which 32 securities companies are selected as sample sets, and the following conclusions are obtained: 1. The performance of innovative securities companies is higher than that of normative securities companies and securities companies to be reviewed. 2. The overall technical efficiency of securities companies, pure technical efficiency is low, scale reward efficiency is relatively high. Finally, it is found that there is no necessary relationship between the degree of industrial concentration and the performance of securities industry, the higher the barriers to entry and exit of the securities industry, the lower the market performance. The diversification of securities companies' products is conducive to improving market performance.
