【摘要】:證券業(yè)的本質(zhì)是服務(wù)業(yè)。證券經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)是證券公司最基礎(chǔ)的傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù),近三年來(lái),經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)貢獻(xiàn)了我國(guó)證券行業(yè)利潤(rùn)的五成以上。創(chuàng)新是資本市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的強(qiáng)大推動(dòng)力,是資本市場(chǎng)活力的源泉。證券公司開(kāi)展經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)客戶服務(wù)創(chuàng)新可以提高市場(chǎng)效率,為投資者提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù),促進(jìn)證券市場(chǎng)持續(xù)、健康、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。 本文在研究中采用定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合、理論研究的同時(shí)結(jié)合實(shí)際調(diào)查,綜合使用了金融學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)、會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷學(xué)等學(xué)科的研究方法。本文以國(guó)元證券公司作為研究對(duì)象,首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外證券經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行了闡述,接著對(duì)國(guó)元證券經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)客戶服務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析,分別運(yùn)用“SWOT模型、“五力模型”對(duì)國(guó)元證券經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)客戶服務(wù)面臨的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境、內(nèi)部資源及外部因素進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的研究和分析;在以上分析的基礎(chǔ)上,論證了國(guó)元證券經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)客戶服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的必要性,并提出國(guó)元證券經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)客戶服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的具體方案設(shè)計(jì);最后,本文提出了創(chuàng)新方案實(shí)施的保障措施。 本文認(rèn)為,證券經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)客戶服務(wù)創(chuàng)新必須在遵守監(jiān)管法律的原則下進(jìn)行,做到風(fēng)險(xiǎn)可測(cè)、可控。應(yīng)借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外成熟先進(jìn)的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),順應(yīng)行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),充分利用證券公司自身的有利資源和外部機(jī)會(huì);诖,本文給出了客戶群體劃分、客戶服務(wù)手段、客戶服務(wù)收費(fèi)的具體對(duì)策,還提出了加強(qiáng)與創(chuàng)新相關(guān)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的建議。
[Abstract]:The essence of the securities industry is the service industry.Securities brokerage business is the most basic traditional business of securities companies. In the past three years, brokerage business has contributed more than 50% of the profits of securities industry in China.Innovation is a powerful driving force for the development of capital market and the source of capital market vitality.Securities companies can improve market efficiency, provide high quality services for investors, and promote the sustained, healthy and stable development of securities market by carrying out brokerage business customer service innovation.In this paper, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are used in the research, and the research methods of finance, statistics, management, accounting, marketing and so on are used synthetically.This paper takes Guoyuan Securities Company as the research object, firstly expounds the development of securities brokerage business at home and abroad, then analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Guoyuan securities brokerage business customer service.Using "SWOT model" and "five forces model", the paper makes a detailed research and analysis on the competitive environment, internal resources and external factors facing the customer service of Guoyuan securities brokerage business.This paper demonstrates the necessity of customer service innovation in Guoyuan securities brokerage business, and puts forward the concrete scheme design of customer service innovation in Guoyuan securities brokerage business. Finally, this paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of the innovation scheme.This paper holds that the innovation of customer service in securities brokerage business must be carried out in accordance with the principle of regulatory law, and the risk can be measured and controlled.We should draw lessons from the mature and advanced development experience at home and abroad, conform to the development trend of the industry, and make full use of the favorable resources and external opportunities of the securities companies themselves.Based on this, this paper gives the specific countermeasures of customer group division, customer service means, customer service charge, and puts forward some suggestions to strengthen risk management related to innovation.
