【摘要】:證券經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)是證券公司的核心支柱業(yè)務(wù),經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)收入在證券公司收入中占有很大的比重。近年來(lái)由于行業(yè)的進(jìn)入門檻降低、經(jīng)濟(jì)制度的出臺(tái)和交易傭金的進(jìn)一步市場(chǎng)化,使得證券經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境發(fā)生了巨大的變化,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)程度越來(lái)越激烈。因此,加強(qiáng)對(duì)經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究符合證券經(jīng)紀(jì)發(fā)展的要求,是券商在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取得領(lǐng)先的重要因素。 本文對(duì)財(cái)富證券經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升進(jìn)行了研究。在陳述選題背景和研究意義之后,概述了本文所運(yùn)用的戰(zhàn)略理論和營(yíng)銷理論,以及以往對(duì)經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)的研究,從而為本研究奠定了基礎(chǔ)。論文從分析公司所處的內(nèi)外環(huán)境入手,先一般后具體的思路。通過PEST分析了公司所處的宏觀環(huán)境。運(yùn)用五力模型分析了證券行業(yè)環(huán)境。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過SWOT分析法,在深入全面地分析財(cái)富證券公司經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境以及自身?xiàng)l件的基礎(chǔ)上,客觀提出了當(dāng)前財(cái)富證券公司經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)所存在的不足,并借鑒了國(guó)外證券經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的成功模式,提出了財(cái)富證券經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展之構(gòu)想。 在當(dāng)前的證券經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境下,財(cái)富證券經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展應(yīng)圍繞以客戶為中心,同時(shí)制定符合財(cái)富證券自身特色的經(jīng)營(yíng)方針。主要是在發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略上的選擇,應(yīng)選擇集中化戰(zhàn)略、差異化戰(zhàn)略和低成本擴(kuò)張戰(zhàn)略來(lái)獲取經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。同時(shí)還需要制定一系列的措施來(lái)保障戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,,第一是調(diào)整營(yíng)業(yè)部組織架構(gòu),二是提高咨詢力量,三是選擇合適的經(jīng)紀(jì)人制度。
[Abstract]:The securities brokerage business is the core pillar business of the securities company, and the income of the brokerage business accounts for a large proportion of the income of the securities company. In recent years, due to the lower entry threshold of the industry, the introduction of the economic system and the further marketization of the trading commission, The environment of securities brokerage business has changed greatly and the degree of competition has become more and more intense. Therefore, strengthening the research on the competitiveness of brokerage business accords with the requirements of the development of securities brokerage, which is an important factor for securities firms to gain the leading position in the competition. After stating the background and significance of the research, this paper summarizes the strategic theory and marketing theory used in this paper, as well as the previous research on brokerage business. The paper begins with the analysis of the internal and external environment of the company, and then gives a general and concrete way of thinking. Through PEST, the author analyzes the macro environment of the company, analyzes the environment of the securities industry by using the five-force model. On this basis, the paper analyzes the environment of the securities industry. Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of the brokerage business of the wealth securities company and its own conditions through SWOT analysis, this paper objectively points out the shortcomings of the brokerage business of the wealth securities company at present. The successful development model of foreign securities brokerage business is used for reference, and the conception of wealth securities brokerage business development is put forward. In the current competitive environment of securities brokerage business, the development of wealth securities brokerage business should revolve around taking the customer as the center, and at the same time formulate the management policy that conforms to the characteristics of the wealth securities, which is mainly the choice of the development strategy. We should choose centralization strategy, differentiation strategy and low-cost expansion strategy to gain the competitive advantage of brokerage business. At the same time, we also need to formulate a series of measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy. The first is to adjust the organizational structure of the business department. The second is to improve the advisory force, and the third is to choose the appropriate broker system.
