【摘要】：知識產權證券化做為資產證券化在無形資產領域延伸的一個前沿方向,不僅使得知識資本與金融工具結合到了一起,促進了知識產權的實踐方式；而且為資本市場開辟出了一條嶄新的發(fā)展方向。對于高新技術企業(yè),尤其是對于那些固定資產偏少的中小型技術企業(yè)來說,知識產權的證券化更是為其拓展了融資的渠道。但目前,我們的研究還主要集中在知識產權證券化的理論描述上,對其實施的具體操作細則,尤其是定價方式的分析尚比較缺乏,這嚴重阻礙了知識產權證券化實踐工作在我國發(fā)展的進程。本文以知識產權證券化過程中的定價方法為主題展開,首先對知識產權證券化的起源與發(fā)展、一般流程、相較其他知識產權融資的優(yōu)勢以及風險定價的有關研究熱點等進行歸納陳述,使得讀者對知識產權證券化有初步的了解和把握。然后切入到論文的主體部分,即證券化過程中的定價方法。在此,我們先簡單回顧了傳統(tǒng)資產證券化的一般定價方法,總結出了資產證券化的一般定價思路,并通過對比的方式,說明了知識產權證券化定價過程與傳統(tǒng)資產證券化定價過程的異同之處就在于：資產池未來收益的確定上。因此,本文詳細介紹了對知識產權未來收益的評估方法,并通過運用Credit Risk+模型,具體分析了由這些知識產權基礎資產所組成的資產池的未來現(xiàn)金流收益風險。為了驗證Credit Risk+模型的適宜性,我們應用Matlab軟件對該模型做了模擬檢驗,檢驗的結果符合我們所應遵循的一般性原則。同時為了進一步說明知識產權證券化的定價方法,我們還運用實證的方法具體對它進行了檢驗。在文章的最后,我們總結了知識產權證券化的主要風險,并針對知識產權證券化在我國開展的實踐困難,提出了一些可供參考的建議。
[Abstract]:As an extension of intellectual property securitization in the field of intangible assets, intellectual property securitization not only combines intellectual capital with financial instruments, but also promotes the practice of intellectual property. And has opened up a new direction for the capital market. For high-tech enterprises, especially those small and medium-sized technology enterprises with less fixed assets, The securitization of intellectual property rights has expanded its financing channels. However, at present, our research is mainly focused on the theoretical description of intellectual property securitization, and the specific operational details of its implementation. In particular, the analysis of pricing methods is still lacking, which seriously hinders the development of intellectual property securitization in China. This paper focuses on pricing methods in the process of intellectual property securitization. First of all, the origin and development of intellectual property securitization, the general process, the advantages over other intellectual property financing and the hot research topics of risk pricing are summarized and stated. So that readers have a preliminary understanding and grasp of intellectual property securitization, and then cut into the main part of the paper, that is, the pricing method in the process of securitization. Here, we briefly review the general pricing methods of traditional asset securitization. This paper summarizes the general pricing ideas of asset securitization, and explains the similarities and differences between the pricing process of intellectual property securitization and the traditional asset securitization pricing process by way of comparison. This paper introduces the method of evaluating the future income of intellectual property in detail, and applies Credit Risk model. In order to verify the suitability of Credit Risk model, we use Matlab software to test the future cash flow income risk of the asset pool composed of these IPR based assets. In order to further explain the pricing method of intellectual property securitization, we also use the empirical method to test it. At the end of the article, This paper summarizes the main risks of intellectual property securitization and puts forward some suggestions for reference in view of the practical difficulties of intellectual property securitization in China.
