【摘要】：投融資平臺(tái)作為民族地區(qū)政府最大的債務(wù)舉借主體,其不斷攀升的債務(wù)規(guī)模給民族地區(qū)政府帶來(lái)巨大償債壓力,并引起社會(huì)各界的廣泛關(guān)注。通過(guò)研究民族地區(qū)政府投融資平臺(tái)債務(wù)形成的原因,利用多因素分析法、層次分析法、Z分?jǐn)?shù)模型等工具構(gòu)建民族地區(qū)政府投融資平臺(tái)債務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)體系,并以涼山州國(guó)有投資發(fā)展有限責(zé)任公司為對(duì)象進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,提出了防范民族地區(qū)政府投融資平臺(tái)債務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:The investment and financing platform is the biggest debt borrowing subject of the minority region government, and its rising debt scale brings great pressure to the minority region government to repay debt. Through the study of the reasons for the formation of the debt of government investment and financing platform in ethnic minority areas, the multi-factor analysis method and the analytic hierarchy process are used. Z score model and other tools to build a government investment and financing platform debt risk evaluation system, and Liangshan state investment development limited liability company as the object of empirical research. This paper puts forward some relevant policy suggestions to prevent the debt risk of government investment and financing platform in minority areas.
