【摘要】：改革開放以來，伴隨著資本市場(chǎng)的快速發(fā)展，居民財(cái)富迅速增長(zhǎng)的同時(shí)，，投資方式也逐漸多元化。但根據(jù)當(dāng)前的國(guó)際形勢(shì)以及我國(guó)所處的金融市場(chǎng)環(huán)境來看，大多數(shù)投資者對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的偏好降低，急于尋找一類適合自己的投資品種。債券型基金作為證券市場(chǎng)中一種非常重要的投資品種，順應(yīng)當(dāng)前我國(guó)金融環(huán)境的發(fā)展，慢慢地成為了諸多投資者的重點(diǎn)選擇。雖然我國(guó)的債券型基金發(fā)展的比較晚，但是從其運(yùn)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀來看還是取得了很大的進(jìn)步，主要表現(xiàn)在規(guī)模的增大，基金產(chǎn)品種類的增多等。但同時(shí)債券型基金在產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)以及產(chǎn)品的運(yùn)營(yíng)管理等方面尚存在諸多問題，如債券市場(chǎng)立法不完善、債券信用評(píng)級(jí)機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)展滯后以及產(chǎn)品品種缺乏創(chuàng)新等。本文通過研究我國(guó)債券市場(chǎng)從起步至今的發(fā)展歷程，并對(duì)我國(guó)當(dāng)前的債券市場(chǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)狀況進(jìn)行分析，進(jìn)而引出主要投資于債券市場(chǎng)的債券型基金，通過對(duì)債券型基金的概念、分類以及特征進(jìn)行分析后，對(duì)債券型基金在基金領(lǐng)域所占據(jù)的地位以及運(yùn)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，接著對(duì)債券型基金在運(yùn)營(yíng)中存在的一些問題進(jìn)行歸納、研究，并相應(yīng)的提出了一些平穩(wěn)運(yùn)營(yíng)債券型基金的建議，如健全債券型基金法制體系、增大產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的力度等。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of the capital market, the rapid growth of wealth of residents at the same time, the way of investment is gradually diversified, but according to the current international situation and the financial market environment in China. Most investors are eager to find a kind of investment varieties suitable for themselves. As a very important investment variety in the securities market, bond funds conform to the development of the current financial environment in China. Slowly became the key choice of many investors. Although the development of bond funds in China is relatively late, it has made great progress from the current operating situation, mainly in the increase of the scale. However, at the same time, there are still many problems in the design of the products and the operation management of the products, such as the imperfect legislation of the bond market. The development of bond credit rating agencies lags behind and the product varieties lack of innovation. This paper studies the development process of China's bond market from the beginning to now, and analyzes the current operation of the bond market in China. Then leads to the bond fund which mainly invests in the bond market, through the analysis of the concept, classification and characteristics of the bond fund. The status of bond funds in the field of funds and the status quo of the operation of statistical analysis, then the bond funds in the operation of some problems are summarized, research. The paper also puts forward some suggestions for the smooth operation of bond funds, such as perfecting the legal system of bond funds, increasing the strength of product innovation and so on.
