【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，財務(wù)舞弊問題變得更加突出。這不僅擾亂了投資者以及人們的正常生活，還擾亂了國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，所以財務(wù)舞弊成為理論研究者的一個重要課題。特別是近幾年來制造業(yè)得到了前所未有的發(fā)展，，逐漸成為我國經(jīng)濟的基礎(chǔ)和支柱，因此制造業(yè)上市公司中的財務(wù)舞弊影響更為廣泛、持久。所以加強對上市公司的財務(wù)管理，及時識別和發(fā)現(xiàn)財務(wù)舞弊問題并制定相應(yīng)的防范和治理措施，對于規(guī)范我國上市公司秩序有重要的意義。 本文首先對國內(nèi)外文獻進行回顧，闡述研究的背景以及意義，并概括文章所要研究的內(nèi)容、采用方法與創(chuàng)新之處。接著對財務(wù)舞弊相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論進行了闡述，如概念的界定與區(qū)分，動因分析，舞弊特征分析，重點介紹財務(wù)舞弊的手段以及識別方法。根據(jù)以上分析，選擇我國制造業(yè)上市公司為例運用實證分析的方法構(gòu)建Logistic回歸模型對上市公司財務(wù)舞弊進行識別。首先選取我國制造業(yè)上市公司中2003—2010年間第一次發(fā)生財務(wù)舞弊的24家公司作為樣本，然后選取同規(guī)模同細分行業(yè)的上市公司作為控制樣本，回歸分析得出財務(wù)舞弊和各財務(wù)指標以及非財務(wù)指標之間的關(guān)系。最后結(jié)合我國市場特征，對如何防范和治理上市公司財務(wù)舞弊，提出策略建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy , the problem of financial fraud becomes more prominent . This not only disturbs investors and the normal life of people , but also disturbs the development of national economy . Therefore , financial fraud becomes the foundation and pillar of theory researchers . Therefore , financial fraud in manufacturing companies is more extensive and lasting . Therefore , it is important to strengthen the financial management of listed companies , identify and identify financial fraud in time and formulate corresponding prevention and governance measures , which are of great significance to regulate the order of listed companies in China . This paper firstly reviews the literature at home and abroad , expounds the background and significance of the research , and summarizes the contents , methods and innovations of the research .
