【摘要】：隨著我國資本市場的日益成熟與完善,證券公司在資本市場中扮演著越來越重要的角色,對我國資本市場的健康發(fā)展起到重要作用。本文選擇我國市場占有率較高的廣發(fā)證券作為證券公司的代表,對比其他八家市值較大的證券公司,比較分析其核心競爭力以及上市以來股票的價格走勢,測算出廣發(fā)證券股票的風險收益特征,初步探討了在資本市場中扮演重要角色的證券業(yè)的估值定價問題。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's capital market increasingly mature and perfect, the securities company plays an increasingly important role in the capital market, the healthy development of China's capital market has played an important role. This paper chooses Chinese higher market share of GF Securities as a representative of the securities company, compared to the other eight large market value of securities companies comparative analysis of stock price trend, its core competitiveness and since listing, calculate the risk return characteristics of GF Securities stock, discusses the valuation pricing plays an important role in the capital market in the securities industry problems.
