【摘要】：本文首先分析了私募股權投資和健康產業(yè)的概念,包括私募股權投資的起源和私募股權基金的含義,以及私募股權投資的運作流程。提出當前健康是一個動態(tài)概念,現代健康的理念強調“生理、心理和社會”適應,而不僅僅是沒有疾病。然后,分析當前私募股權投資以及健康產業(yè)的發(fā)展現狀。目前,我國的產業(yè)結構不斷深化,健康產業(yè)投資環(huán)境不斷改善,為很多中、小型企業(yè)帶來了發(fā)展機遇。同時,民間資本不斷積聚,機構投資者不斷壯大,這些均為我國私募股權基金投資提供了寬闊的空間和平臺。隨著我國醫(yī)保覆蓋面的提高和社會資本辦醫(yī)政策的出臺,投資環(huán)境好轉,但醫(yī)藥產業(yè)重復產出,產能過�，F象嚴重。最后,分析私募股權投資與健康產業(yè)領域的結合空間,包括生物醫(yī)藥產業(yè)、醫(yī)療服務產業(yè)、養(yǎng)老產業(yè)和互聯網醫(yī)療。并給出當前私募股權投資醫(yī)療健康產業(yè)的成功案例。探討私募股權投資對中國醫(yī)療健康產業(yè)的發(fā)展所起的重要作用。為解決醫(yī)療、藥品、器械等企業(yè)融資難困境和做出決策提供重要的參考意見。
[Abstract]:This paper first analyzes the concept of private equity investment and health industry, including the origin of private equity investment and the meaning of private equity fund, and the operation process of private equity investment. It is suggested that the current health is a dynamic concept, and the concept of modern health emphasizes the adaptation to "physiological, psychological and social", not only without disease. Then, it analyses the current situation of private equity investment and the development of health industry. At present, the industrial structure of our country has been deepened, and the investment environment of the health industry is constantly improving, which has brought opportunities for many small and medium enterprises. At the same time, the continuous accumulation of private capital and the growth of institutional investors have provided a broad space and platform for the investment of private equity funds in China. With the improvement of the coverage of medical insurance and the introduction of the policy of social capital management, the investment environment has improved, but the duplication of output and excess capacity in the pharmaceutical industry is serious. Finally, it analyzes the combination of private equity investment and health industry, including the biomedical industry, medical service industry, pension industry and internet medical treatment. And give a successful case of the current private equity investment in medical health industry. This paper discusses the important role of private equity investment in the development of medical health industry in China. In order to provide important reference for solving the difficult situation of financing and making decisions of medical, drug, equipment and other enterprises.
