【摘要】：中國傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)政治統(tǒng)治"治亂循環(huán)"所反映出的基本特點(diǎn),是"善始者繁,克終者寡"。"君道"是我國古代社會(huì)國家治理的基本思想及歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn),其核心思想在于論證"君"如何通過正身、修德以塑造"正見",即由"內(nèi)圣"而"外王",從而實(shí)現(xiàn)天下大治的政治理想。"應(yīng)之以治則吉,應(yīng)之以亂則兇。""君"之"能群"這一功能在事實(shí)上形成了國家的向心力,也是"君道"思想發(fā)揮指導(dǎo)作用的結(jié)果。應(yīng)發(fā)揮傳統(tǒng)國家治理的經(jīng)驗(yàn),為實(shí)現(xiàn)我國政治發(fā)展提供更多有益的借鑒。
