【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維并不會(huì)改變社會(huì)治理模式的公共屬性,而是會(huì)促進(jìn)社會(huì)治理主體、方式等的變革,在傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)治理模式中融入新的力量與元素,對(duì)提高社會(huì)治理效果,創(chuàng)新社會(huì)治理模式有積極意義�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)思維包括用戶思維、社會(huì)化思維等,基于用戶思維建立服務(wù)型政府,基于社會(huì)化思維建立多元主體社會(huì)治理模式。
[Abstract]:Internet thinking will not change the public attribute of social governance mode, but will promote the reform of social governance subject and mode, and incorporate new forces and elements into the traditional social governance model, which is of positive significance to improve the effect of social governance and innovate the social governance model. Internet thinking includes user thinking, socialized thinking, service-oriented government based on user thinking, and pluralistic subject social governance model based on socialized thinking.
