【摘要】：邊疆的國家屬性,決定了邊疆治理中政治建設(shè)的中心地位。因地緣政治、社會結(jié)構(gòu)、歷史文化、經(jīng)濟(jì)格局而呈現(xiàn)的特殊性,使得邊疆地區(qū)的政治建設(shè)既具備國家政治建設(shè)的普遍屬性,也呈現(xiàn)為獨(dú)有的區(qū)域特征。政黨建設(shè)推動的邊疆族際政治整合、中華民族國族機(jī)制下的政治意識形態(tài)建設(shè)、以法為中心的邊疆治理體系革新、以互惠合作為特征的新型府際關(guān)系建構(gòu)等,均體現(xiàn)出政治建設(shè)中鮮明的邊疆特色。邊疆治理中政治建設(shè)的直接成果是政治穩(wěn)定與社會繁榮,而實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑則是邊疆治理體系的革新與治理能力的重構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:The national attribute of the frontier determines the central position of the political construction in the governance of the frontier. Because of the particularity of geopolitics, social structure, history and culture, and economic pattern, the political construction of frontier area has not only the universal attribute of national political construction, but also the unique regional characteristics. The inter-ethnic political integration promoted by the construction of political parties, the construction of political ideology under the national and ethnic mechanism of the Chinese nation, the reform of the frontier governance system centered on law, and the construction of a new type of intergovernmental relationship characterized by mutual benefit and cooperation, etc. All reflect the distinctive frontier characteristics in the political construction. The direct result of the political construction in the frontier governance is political stability and social prosperity, and the way to realize it is the innovation of the frontier governance system and the reconstruction of the governance ability.
