【摘要】："用法律來(lái)保障民族團(tuán)結(jié)",是習(xí)近平治國(guó)理政新理念新思想新戰(zhàn)略的重要內(nèi)容。這一新思想體現(xiàn)了法的功能與價(jià)值,彰顯了法治的特性與優(yōu)勢(shì),回應(yīng)了社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型對(duì)法治的呼喚,是全面依法治國(guó)戰(zhàn)略在民族工作領(lǐng)域的體現(xiàn)。"用法律來(lái)保障民族團(tuán)結(jié)",要健全民族工作法律體系,充分發(fā)揮立法的引領(lǐng)作用;要建立高效的民族法治實(shí)施和監(jiān)督體系,堅(jiān)持在法律范圍內(nèi)、法治軌道上處理涉及民族因素的問(wèn)題;要加強(qiáng)法治宣傳,大力推進(jìn)全民普法和守法;要堅(jiān)持民族平等,強(qiáng)化權(quán)益保障,反對(duì)民族歧視。
[Abstract]:To protect national unity by law is the important content of Xi Jinping's new idea and new strategy. This new thought embodies the function and value of the law, demonstrates the characteristics and advantages of the rule of law, responds to the call of the social transformation to the rule of law, and is the embodiment of the strategy of governing the country according to law in the field of national work. " To protect national unity by law, we should perfect the legal system of national work and give full play to the leading role of legislation; It is necessary to establish an efficient system of implementation and supervision of the national rule of law, adhere to the rule of law within the scope of the law, deal with problems related to national factors on the track of the rule of law; We must uphold ethnic equality, strengthen protection of rights and interests, and oppose ethnic discrimination.
