【摘要】：本文基于大數(shù)據(jù)時代的大背景下,通過對網絡輿情監(jiān)控的內涵及相關理論的分析,并結合案例,從大數(shù)據(jù)應用的相關方面出發(fā),梳理我國網絡輿情監(jiān)控的現(xiàn)狀,并分析當前我國網絡輿情監(jiān)控工作中存在問題和原因,最后對政府的網絡輿情監(jiān)控的提出相應的對策與建議。本文共由五個部分組成。第一部分是緒論部分,分別介紹了選題的背景、研究意義,主要闡述了大數(shù)據(jù)在政府網絡輿情監(jiān)控中的地位作用,網絡輿情的戰(zhàn)略地位,同時梳理了國內外的研究現(xiàn)狀,闡明了研究的思路和方法。第二部分對大數(shù)據(jù)、網絡輿情、網絡輿情監(jiān)控等概念進行了界定,并闡述了其相關的內涵,同時對運用的幾個相關理論視角進行了系統(tǒng)解釋。主要著力點從政府職能角度展開,并在對網絡輿情及監(jiān)管的含義進行分析的基礎上,對網絡輿情進行分類研究,并由此進一步分析出網絡輿情監(jiān)控的方式方法。第三部分是對我國當前網絡輿情監(jiān)控工作的開展進行了回顧和梳理,并在此基礎上分析出網絡輿情監(jiān)控中存在的若干問題及原因。第四部分通過引用相關的典型案例和做法,找出我國政府在網絡輿情監(jiān)控中可以學習、借鑒的經驗和啟示。第五部分主要針對前文的分析,對我國政府網絡輿情監(jiān)控中存在問題的提出相關對策建議方法。
[Abstract]:Based on the background of big data era, through the analysis of the connotation and related theories of network public opinion monitoring, and combining with the case, this paper combs the status quo of network public opinion monitoring in China from the relevant aspects of the application of big data. The problems and reasons in the monitoring of network public opinion in our country are analyzed. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to monitor the network public opinion of the government. This paper consists of five parts. The first part is the introduction, respectively introduced the background of the topic, research significance, mainly elaborated big data's role in the monitoring of government network public opinion, the strategic position of network public opinion, and combed the research status at home and abroad. The ideas and methods of the research are expounded. The second part defines the concepts of big data, network public opinion monitoring, and expounds its relevant connotation. At the same time, it explains several related theoretical perspectives. The main focus is from the perspective of government functions, and on the basis of the analysis of the meaning of network public opinion and supervision, the classification of network public opinion is studied, and the method of monitoring network public opinion is further analyzed. The third part reviews and combs the current monitoring work of network public opinion in our country, and then analyzes some problems and reasons in the monitoring of network public opinion. The fourth part through quoting the relevant typical cases and practices to find out our government in the network public opinion monitoring can learn from the experience and inspiration. The fifth part mainly aims at the above analysis, puts forward the related countermeasure and suggestion method to our country government network public opinion monitoring existing problem.
