【摘要】：中國(guó)社會(huì)的發(fā)展離不開(kāi)為人們提供生產(chǎn)、生活必需品的市場(chǎng)服務(wù)服務(wù)，離不^u政府為了促進(jìn)社會(huì)生產(chǎn)發(fā)展、維護(hù)國(guó)家安定團(tuán)結(jié)所提供的公共服務(wù)，同樣也離不開(kāi)能夠彌補(bǔ)市場(chǎng)服務(wù)和政府服務(wù)的不足、具有巨大發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ闹驹阜⻊?wù)。 我國(guó)現(xiàn)代意義上志愿服務(wù)的興起較晚，但是發(fā)展迅速，而且具有與中國(guó)當(dāng)代具體國(guó)情相吻合的一些時(shí)代特質(zhì)。只有了解當(dāng)下中國(guó)志愿服務(wù)發(fā)展的一些特質(zhì)，才能發(fā)揮我國(guó)發(fā)展志愿服務(wù)的優(yōu)勢(shì)，使志愿服務(wù)能夠更好地在我國(guó)解決社會(huì)問(wèn)題的過(guò)程中發(fā)揮其作用。時(shí)至今日，我們不可否認(rèn)傳統(tǒng)文化對(duì)我們產(chǎn)生的深刻影響，如“仁愛(ài)”、“惻隱之心”、“慈悲”、“尊老愛(ài)幼”、“感恩”等這些影響中國(guó)人上千年的傳統(tǒng)思想，我國(guó)人民從接受家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)教育開(kāi)始，就無(wú)時(shí)不刻地接受著這些傳統(tǒng)思想的影響，雖然這種影響對(duì)促進(jìn)社會(huì)發(fā)展的作用不是立竿見(jiàn)影的，但它為中國(guó)志愿服務(wù)的發(fā)展埋下了思想的種子，使人們?cè)谶M(jìn)一步接受社會(huì)主義道德的影響下，，能夠正確的認(rèn)識(shí)個(gè)人的自我價(jià)值與社會(huì)價(jià)值，為中國(guó)志愿服務(wù)的發(fā)展提供思想上的準(zhǔn)備。就目前中國(guó)社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要而言，志愿服務(wù)事業(yè)的發(fā)展也是迫切需要的。我國(guó)地域廣闊、人口眾多，加之社會(huì)發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)型催生的復(fù)雜社會(huì)問(wèn)題，使得市場(chǎng)服務(wù)和政府服務(wù)不能有效地滿足具有不同需求的群體和個(gè)人。這需要在國(guó)家的號(hào)召和政策支持下，發(fā)動(dòng)民間具有善心的個(gè)人和組織力量來(lái)深入到政府服務(wù)和市場(chǎng)服務(wù)所觸及不到的地方，滿足某些群體、個(gè)人生存和發(fā)展的需要。研究中國(guó)志愿服務(wù)發(fā)展的特質(zhì)，能夠使我國(guó)志愿服務(wù)的發(fā)展更有效地結(jié)合中國(guó)發(fā)展的歷史條件和時(shí)代特征，合理地吸收國(guó)外先進(jìn)成果，從而為中國(guó)志愿服務(wù)的發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｊ健?本文主要運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、比較分析法、規(guī)范分析法來(lái)對(duì)當(dāng)代中國(guó)志愿服務(wù)的特質(zhì)進(jìn)行研究。具體來(lái)講：第一部分，簡(jiǎn)要概述了志愿服務(wù)的基本內(nèi)涵和歷史作用，以及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究動(dòng)態(tài)；第二部分，主要介紹國(guó)外先進(jìn)志愿服務(wù)的發(fā)展概況，如英美等國(guó)家，了解先進(jìn)志愿服務(wù)的發(fā)展，有利于我國(guó)更好地借鑒國(guó)外經(jīng)驗(yàn)來(lái)發(fā)展本國(guó)志愿服務(wù)：第三部分，介紹志愿服務(wù)在我國(guó)的發(fā)展概況；第四部分，分析我國(guó)志愿服務(wù)的特質(zhì)，包括我國(guó)志愿服發(fā)展獨(dú)有的思想基礎(chǔ)和體現(xiàn)的時(shí)代特質(zhì)；最后，對(duì)提升中國(guó)志愿服務(wù)的途徑方法提出一些自己的見(jiàn)解。
[Abstract]:The development of Chinese society is inseparable from the provision of market services for people's production and necessities of life, and the public services provided by the government in order to promote the development of social production and maintain national stability and unity. The same can not be separated from the market service and government services can make up for the lack of great potential for development of voluntary service. The rise of voluntary service in the modern sense of our country is relatively late, but the development is rapid, and it has some characteristics of the times which are consistent with the contemporary national conditions of China. Only by understanding some characteristics of the development of volunteer service in China can we give play to the advantages of the development of voluntary service in China and make it play a better role in the process of solving social problems in our country. To this day, we cannot deny the profound influence of traditional culture on us, such as "benevolence", "compassion", "respecting the elderly and loving the young", "gratitude" and so on, which have influenced the Chinese traditional thinking for thousands of years. From the beginning of their acceptance of family, school and social education, the people of our country have always accepted the influence of these traditional ideas, although the effect of this influence on the promotion of social development is not immediate. However, it sows the seeds of thought for the development of voluntary service in China, so that people can correctly understand the self-value and social value of individual under the influence of socialist morality. To provide ideological preparation for the development of voluntary service in China. The development of voluntary service is also an urgent need for China's social development. China's vast territory, large population, and complex social problems caused by social development and transformation make market services and government services can not effectively meet the needs of different groups and individuals. With the support of the government and policy, it is necessary to mobilize the benevolent private individuals and organizations to reach beyond the reach of government services and market services, and to meet the needs of certain groups, individuals' survival and development. The study of the characteristics of China's voluntary service development can make the development of China's voluntary service more effective in combination with the historical conditions and characteristics of China's development, and reasonably absorb the advanced achievements of foreign countries. So as to provide theoretical basis and empirical model for the development of voluntary service in China. This article mainly uses the literature research method, the comparative analysis method, the standard analysis method to carry on the research to the contemporary Chinese voluntary service characteristic. Specifically speaking: the first part briefly outlines the basic connotation and historical role of voluntary service as well as the domestic and foreign research trends; The second part mainly introduces the development of foreign advanced voluntary service, such as the United States and other countries, to understand the development of advanced voluntary service, is conducive to our country to better learn from foreign experience to develop its own voluntary service: the third part, This paper introduces the development of voluntary service in China. The fourth part analyzes the characteristics of Chinese voluntary service, including the unique ideological basis of the development of Chinese voluntary service and the embodiment of the characteristics of the times; finally, some views on the ways to promote Chinese voluntary service are put forward.
