【摘要】：正單位邊緣人是指在單位內(nèi),由于各種原因而被中心層忽視和疏離的人。在單位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事眼中,邊緣人作為一種問(wèn)題群體而存在,其本身具有的"毒丸效應(yīng)"和"破窗效應(yīng)"會(huì)破壞單位的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作,影響單位的高效運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),極端時(shí)甚至?xí)䲟p害單位形象和集體利益。這一問(wèn)題的出現(xiàn)會(huì)產(chǎn)生放大效應(yīng),需要引起關(guān)注,尤其是隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,我們跨入互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代,該問(wèn)題則更為凸顯和復(fù)雜。因此,有必要在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)背景下對(duì)單位邊緣人管理展開深入探討。
[Abstract]:A person on the edge of a unit refers to a person who is ignored and alienated by the central layer for various reasons within the unit. In the eyes of unit leaders and colleagues, marginal people exist as a problem group, and their own "poison pill effect" and "window breaking effect" will destroy the team cooperation of the unit and affect the efficient operation of the unit. Extreme can even damage the image of the unit and collective interests. With the rapid development of Internet technology, we step into the Internet era, and the problem is more prominent and complex. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out an in-depth discussion on the management of people on the edge of the unit under the background of the Internet.
