【摘要】：伴隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)的普及和新媒體的迅速發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論呈現(xiàn)出"爆炸式"發(fā)展的態(tài)勢,如何加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論的生態(tài)治理是一個嶄新的現(xiàn)實問題。在治理現(xiàn)代化背景下,針對傳統(tǒng)治理模式下網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論生態(tài)中網(wǎng)民個體的行為失范、網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體的極化傾向、網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論的民意稀釋等方面的問題和危害,需要從轉(zhuǎn)變觀念、協(xié)同應(yīng)對、疏堵結(jié)合、德法并舉、他山之石等五個方面來探索網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論的生態(tài)治理之道,最終實現(xiàn)我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論生態(tài)的健康、綠色發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of the network and the rapid development of the new media, the network public opinion presents the "explosive" development situation, how to strengthen the ecological governance of network public opinion is a new practical problem. Under the background of governance modernization, in view of the problem and harm of the individual behavior of Internet users in the network public opinion ecology under the traditional governance mode, the polarization tendency of the network group, the public opinion dilution of the network public opinion, and so on, we need to change the concept. In order to realize the healthy and green development of our country's network public opinion, we should explore the ecological management of network public opinion from five aspects, such as coordinated response, combination of blocking, Germany and France, and other mountains.
