【摘要】：大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的政府信息服務(wù)開(kāi)始向個(gè)性化、智慧化、泛在化方向發(fā)展,政府信息服務(wù)創(chuàng)新面臨新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。在梳理歸納大數(shù)據(jù)環(huán)境下國(guó)內(nèi)外政府信息服務(wù)創(chuàng)新研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,從數(shù)據(jù)資源角度,指出數(shù)據(jù)開(kāi)放與共享、大數(shù)據(jù)分析技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)隱私與安全等是中國(guó)基于大數(shù)據(jù)的政府信息服務(wù)創(chuàng)新應(yīng)注意的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題,并從體制機(jī)制、技術(shù)框架、政策扶持等方面提出大數(shù)據(jù)環(huán)境下政府信息服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Government information service in the era of big data is developing towards individuation, intelligence and ubiquity. Innovation of government information service is facing new opportunities and challenges. On the basis of reviewing and summarizing the research status of innovation of government information service at home and abroad in the environment of big data, this paper points out the data opening and sharing, and the technology of big data analysis from the perspective of data resources. Technologies, data privacy and security are the key issues that should be paid attention to in the innovation of government information service based on large data in China.
