【摘要】：統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨奪取革命、建設(shè)和改革事業(yè)勝利的重要法寶,是黨執(zhí)政興國(guó)、實(shí)現(xiàn)祖國(guó)完全統(tǒng)一和中華民族偉大復(fù)興的“利器”。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)中國(guó)革命的實(shí)踐中,把馬克思主義統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的基本理論運(yùn)用于中國(guó)實(shí)際,在理論和實(shí)踐上有了新的發(fā)展,形成了中國(guó)特色的統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線理論。在延邊朝鮮族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的發(fā)展歷程中,針對(duì)不同歷史時(shí)期的不同情況,我黨提出了不同內(nèi)容的統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線政策,較好地解決了民族團(tuán)結(jié)、國(guó)家統(tǒng)一與政治穩(wěn)定和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展問題。新中國(guó)成立后,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨在各個(gè)領(lǐng)域?qū)ρ舆吷贁?shù)民族實(shí)行扶持和幫助,在工商業(yè)、非黨知識(shí)分子、民族事務(wù)、宗教事務(wù)、非黨派人士方面實(shí)施了統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)政策。這些措施加強(qiáng)和鞏固了統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線在國(guó)家發(fā)展、民族團(tuán)結(jié)中的作用。由于我黨在延邊朝鮮族實(shí)行了正確的統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)政策,既保持了朝鮮族自身的特色,又促進(jìn)其與漢族、其他少數(shù)民族的交流交往交融,延邊朝鮮族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線發(fā)展取得了巨大的成績(jī),而延邊朝鮮族自治州也已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)民族團(tuán)結(jié)進(jìn)步事業(yè)中的一面旗幟。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨對(duì)延邊朝鮮族統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)政策成功的主要經(jīng)驗(yàn)有：堅(jiān)持統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的民族性原則,愛國(guó)主義是民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的靈魂,實(shí)事求是是推動(dòng)民族團(tuán)結(jié)的根本,發(fā)展民族經(jīng)濟(jì)是實(shí)現(xiàn)民族平等的根本途徑,文化繁榮是促進(jìn)統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作的重要手段,堅(jiān)決貫徹執(zhí)行民族區(qū)域自治政策,始終堅(jiān)持民族平等、和諧發(fā)展的理念。延邊朝鮮族民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線發(fā)展的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)為我國(guó)其他邊疆少數(shù)民族的統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作豎起了標(biāo)桿,也為國(guó)家的邊疆穩(wěn)定、民族團(tuán)結(jié)提供了某些可資借鑒的思路。為此,我們要堅(jiān)持以習(xí)近平總書記重要講話精神為指導(dǎo),鞏固壯大民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線；要完善各項(xiàng)政策法規(guī),以政策護(hù)航民族地區(qū)的跨越發(fā)展；積極拓展思路,不斷創(chuàng)新統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作的方式方法；妥善處理少數(shù)民族地區(qū)與鄰國(guó)、同祖族國(guó)家之間的關(guān)系；采取切實(shí)措施增強(qiáng)民族的凝聚力和各少數(shù)民族對(duì)國(guó)家的認(rèn)同感。
[Abstract]:The United Front is an important magic weapon for the Communist Party of China to win victory in the cause of revolution, construction and reform. It is also a "weapon" for the Party to reign and rejuvenate the country, realize the complete reunification of the motherland and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. In the course of the development of the Korean United Front in Yanbian, our Party has put forward the united front policy with different contents according to different historical conditions, which has solved the problems of national unity, national unity, political stability and economic development. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, the Communist Party of China supported and helped the Yanbian minority nationalities in various fields, and implemented the United Front Policy in the fields of industry and commerce, non-Party intellectuals, ethnic affairs, religious affairs and non-party personages. These measures strengthened and consolidated the role of the United Front in national development and national unity. The ethnic minorities have implemented the correct united front policy, which not only maintains the characteristics of the Korean nationality, but also promotes the communication and integration with the Han nationality and other ethnic minorities. The development of the Yanbian Korean united front has made great achievements, and the Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture has become a banner in the cause of national unity and progress in China. The main experiences of the success of the United Front Policy of the Korean nationality in Yanbian are as follows: adhering to the principle of national character of the United front, patriotism is the soul of the United front, seeking truth from facts is the fundamental to promote national unity, developing national economy is the fundamental way to realize national equality, cultural prosperity is an important means to promote the United Front work, and resolutely carrying out the policy. The successful experience of the development of the Yanbian Korean National United Front has set up a benchmark for the United Front Work of other ethnic minorities in the border areas of China, and has also provided some ideas for the stability of the border areas of the country and national unity. Guided by the spirit of the important speeches made by General Secretary Jinping, we should consolidate and strengthen the National United front; improve policies and regulations to escort the leap-forward development of ethnic areas; actively expand our thinking and constantly innovate the ways and means of united front work; properly handle the relations between ethnic minority areas and neighboring countries, and between ancestral countries; and adopt practical measures. The cohesion of Shi Zengqiang and the sense of national identity of the minority nationalities.
