【摘要】：導(dǎo)致官員腐敗的因素較多,其中行政心理因素是一個關(guān)鍵因素。為了探尋官員腐敗的行政心理變化,運用實證研究方法,從"正義網(wǎng)"反腐板塊中隨機(jī)抽取30份腐敗官員的懺悔錄作為樣本,對腐敗官員的職務(wù)級別、成長背景、工作環(huán)境等個人特征進(jìn)行定量描述分析,探究官員腐敗的心理原因,對其前腐敗、腐敗初、腐敗中、腐敗后及案發(fā)后等心理蛻變過程進(jìn)行研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)這一群體腐敗的心理變化規(guī)律,并從行政心理角度探究預(yù)防官員腐敗的措施,以期能夠引起公共行政領(lǐng)域?qū)π姓睦淼闹匾?從而有益于我國公共行政的完善。
[Abstract]:There are many factors leading to official corruption, among which the administrative psychological factor is a key factor. In order to explore the administrative psychological change of official corruption, using empirical research method, 30 confessions of corrupt officials are randomly selected from the anti-corruption section of Justice Network as a sample, and the rank and growth background of corrupt officials are analyzed. The work environment and other personal characteristics are quantitatively described and analyzed to explore the psychological causes of official corruption, and to study the psychological transformation process of the former corruption, the initial corruption, the post-corruption and the post-crime. This paper finds out the law of psychological change of this group of corruption and probes into the measures to prevent official corruption from the angle of administrative psychology in order to arouse the attention of administrative psychology in the field of public administration and thus benefit the perfection of public administration in our country.
