【摘要】：正中國(guó)人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)網(wǎng)2015年的一份行業(yè)心理健康問(wèn)題報(bào)告顯示,我國(guó)公務(wù)員隊(duì)伍中有29.3%的人存在心理問(wèn)題,在所有心理疾病患者中有10%是公務(wù)員,這一比例遠(yuǎn)高于其他職業(yè)群體。在某省的一次職場(chǎng)心理健康調(diào)查中,公務(wù)員的心理狀態(tài)評(píng)估排名在所有職業(yè)中倒數(shù)第一。其中,青年公務(wù)員因?yàn)樽陨硖攸c(diǎn)、思想準(zhǔn)備、承壓能力、外部環(huán)境等方面的原因,心理健康方面的問(wèn)題更為嚴(yán)重,心理失衡的現(xiàn)象也更為常見(jiàn)。因此,有必要加強(qiáng)對(duì)
[Abstract]:According to a 2015 industry mental health report by China Human Resources Development Network, 29.3 percent of Chinese civil servants have psychological problems, and 10 percent of all patients with mental illness are civil servants. This proportion is much higher than that of other occupational groups. In a provincial survey of mental health in the workplace, civil servants ranked the lowest of all professions in terms of mental state assessment.
