【摘要】：檔案目錄體系與政務(wù)信息資源目錄體系相對獨立的現(xiàn)狀,影響信息資源開發(fā)利用整體效益,不利于檔案資源的前端控制和全程管理。本文主要從內(nèi)在聯(lián)系、體系構(gòu)成、提供利用服務(wù)方式、建立映射關(guān)系的先決條件等方面探討二者交互融合的可能性,并提出構(gòu)建檔案目錄與政務(wù)信息資源目錄一體化服務(wù)平臺的建議,以及實際操作中需要注意的幾個問題。
[Abstract]:The relatively independent status of archival catalogue system and government information resource catalogue system affects the overall benefit of information resources development and utilization, and is not conducive to the front-end control and the whole process management of archival resources. This paper mainly discusses the possibility of the interaction and integration of the two from the following aspects: internal connection, system structure, providing the service mode, establishing the precondition of mapping relationship, etc. The paper also puts forward the suggestion of constructing the integrated service platform of archives catalogue and government information resource catalogue, and some problems needing attention in practical operation.
